I just wanted to go in and do some peaceful shopping. I told the first and second staff member that I was fine and I didn't need help. I had to tell the third fellow (who I suspect was some sort of manager) three times to leave me alone, and they still continued to pester me every time I looked at something new. I like the clothes but the shopping experience is miserable. The staff here need to learn to listen and not treat everyone who walks through the door like they're incompetent and illiterate.

Customer representative at the desk very nice girl she help me in finding 2 shirts black white in cheap price and handle the customer very polite so i recommended to visit once thanku for ur service ???

Great experience today. Was looking for a sweater for my wife. An associate told me about the discounted section at the back. They also showed me some new arrivals and when the size I needed wasn’t on the table, they went to the back to look. The size wasn’t available but I found another sweater in the size I needed. They were very polite, engaged and informative. Thank you! (Shopped ~130pm 12/16)

Bought a pair of black jeans for $155.... within 1 month I have 2 Giant holes in knees... I work in an office, the rips are from adjusting my pant legs .. honestly worst quality I've ever seen. I will never buy Jack & Jones again.

The store does not accept cash which is a legal currency. Wont be going back there ever again since i cant spend money there. Wasted my time and energy once finding clothes to tell me i cant purchase anything with real money.

We Did shopping around $500 on boxing day but some of the products size didn’t match. We Came next day to get refund or replace them for the right size, Casher said they cannot do return or exchange on 27 Dec. So we came on 28 Dec hoping we can return or exchange but cashier told we cannot return now and just offer exchange but unfortunately they don’t have right size what we was looking for and requested for refund. CSR mentioned that their manager can return next day. So we visited store for the 4 day in a row. Their Manager “DINA”was so rude and don’t listen to what we was talking about. She just wanted to exchange for products but they they don’t have what we wanted. Moreover their was no signage in the store regarding the final sale policies. And when we asked her she said its written on invoice. But how come a customer know this policy before they make purchase, at that time their CSR was just upselling the products claiming we can return till January 13. This is just a false promotion. This was one of my favourite store where me and my family shop. But after this bad experience. I will never recommend to anyone.

Store staff this evening at 4’o clock girls have no manners to attend their customers and they making comments on customer that buy something if you spend time in store and when customer left the store then again laugh and comment slowly that if you don’t buy anything don’t come back. Please change your staff or please teach or give them training how to deal with customers otherwise store will loose their customers
