In last week to buy 2 watches on sale for 169.99 (Samsung galaxy6) Gal working has to bring in from Regina stores. Offer to pay then, oh no sir pay for them when they are in. Go in to pick up today now basically 500.00 each! And wont honor. Guess where the watches can go!

Had my iPhone battery and charge port/microphone replaced by Dan, the certified Apple tech at this location. When I went in initially he quickly diagnosed the microphone with a special test stand device, confirming the bottom left mic was non functional. I never knew a test device like this existed, and my previous visit to London Drugs only resulted in a lot of head scratching, hmmms and huhs, and no confidence. They were no help. Dan provided absolutely seamless professional service, genuine Apple parts, and quick turn around. My passcode wasn’t needed, didn’t have to wipe out/reset the phone, or even lose my screen protector. Totally pleased and highly recommend the Apple service desk at this Sasktel location in Saskatoon. And I’m even a Telus customer, didn’t matter!

I had the absolute best experience getting my new phone set up, all thanks to Destiny. She was so lovely, patient, and genuinely helpful through every step of the process. My iPhone which was under Apples warranty had a defect where the screen wasn’t functioning properly. I went in to get it repaired. Was told that because there was a small scratch on my phone the warranty was voided and I would have to pay hundreds of dollars to get the screen replaced for an issue which was entirely not my fault. Very disappointing they find any excuse to force you to pay. Do not trust that they won’t try to rip you off like this like they did to me.

very horrible place and time wasters, they don't seem to know what they are doing, even the customer service was the worst have had in Canada as a whole, very very shameful to visit this place, please don't bother coming here hoping to get things fixed. you would leave disappointed and empty handed. flee from this place please.

Came to jump for a repair as I had had bad work done on my phone at another store. The staff were very helpful and booked me in on the same day and fixed my phone within hours. I will always come here now with any issues with my phone.
