Tried to try on a dress on today. Stood awkwardly by the fitting rooms for 5 minutes hoping a staff would make eye contact but no one would. Tried to open up a fitting room myself but they were all empty and locked. There were 5 staff members minimum and someone was training a couple of the staff. I think the trainer could have at least had the mindfulness to keep the clientele happy over training her staff. If you're going to keep your staff that engaged for their training that they ignore patrons do it after hours instead of losing a $200 sale. I put the dress on the ground and left. I'm certain someone would at least notice a dress askew on the ground. Won't be back.

Great store with wonderful sales ladies. They helped me find items and critique them when I tried them on. Clothes are well made and reasonably priced.

TO ALL THE MOMS WITH BABIES/TODDLERS: Don’t go to this place if you think your baby might cry there! The staff can’t stand babies crying!
It was the first and last time I visited this store because of the rude attitude of some staff there. My 18 months old baby has separation anxiety. So as soon as the lady (an old lady who turned out to be very mean at the end!) talked to me and showed me the fitting room my baby started to get nervous and cried a lot. Then I calmed her down and started to try some dresses on. I was taking my time choosing a dress for my sister’s wedding, and my baby was crying from time to time since she wanted to go out of the store. By the way a young lady was helping me with the dresses (I forgot her name) who was very nice and patient. I finally chose a dress (for $299) but some threads were coming out of the dress. I asked the young (nice) lady if they have another one of the same dress, in the meanwhile my baby was crying because she gets nervous when I talk to strangers. The young lady checked out the store’s computer and said that it was the only dress in that size but she can order it online for me. I thanked her and said my baby won’t let me stay there any more, and I can order it online by myself (I had checked Laura’s online shop before). Then I headed to leave while my baby was still crying but not very loudly. On my way close to the exit I heard a staff say (very loudly) to the old lady (who first showed me the fitting room): isn’t this driving you crazy?! And the old lady replied (with a side eye and at the top of her lungs so that I hear her): IT ABSOLUTELY IS DRIVING ME CRAZY!!
So, I couldn’t believe my ears! Imagine you are all by yourself without any help, trying to decide which dress you want to buy for a very important occasion while you’re also trying to calm your nerves baby down, then when you’re leaving exhausted and drained, hear the most meanest (and purposely loudest) conversation about you and your little one. I guess they didn’t know I wanted to order online and thought I’m just leaving without any purchase after bothering their ears! And gave themselves the right to act like that (Even if I didn’t want to buy anything their behavior was still unacceptable). The funny point was that the store wasn’t busy at all (a week day morning) and there barely were any customers.
As a mother, when I saw another woman having a hard time with their babies, if I cannot help, at least I feel sympathy for both the mother and the baby, instead of acting mean and making them feel worse. Because I understand that mother wouldn’t have brought her baby for shopping if she didn’t have to.

It is ridiculous that they have clothes discounted and the exact same item is a different color and it's twice the price...why is that?? We were looking at a dress that we liked and it was 79.99 in blue. We wanted the exact same dress in a pink and it was 199.00! You should be ashamed by doing that. It doesn't make any sense why color would matter. And this is not the first time we have experienced this. Completely ridiculous!

My sweater that I ordered online arrived today. Tried it on a noticed a very large hole on the left shoulder. So disappointed. Now I have to drive to the other side of the city to return it. Not impressed

My friend bought a outfit here 2 yrs ago & was so satisfied and happy with not only the quality of clothes but high quality of service (I was with her for that). I just purchased a beautiful dress for my sons wedding & shape wear plus they assisted in the right earrings for the dress. I had a wonderful experience and such attentive staff. Will be back soon for a dress for my daughter's wedding. Thank you. ?

I chose a top in 2X and did more shopping. For some reason the clerk put it back on the rack beforre I paid for it. I took another from the rack but it was a XXL which doesnt fit as well. I went back in the store to look at another top and she told me i got the wrong one. It was exchanged. My friend was buying a top in M and had a 3X when she got home same clerk. we are not too happy but it will end well as I will take hers back on Wednesday and get the correct one. I feel bad as I encouraged her to shop there!!

I love this store .. a few years ago I bought a beautiful outfit for my niece's wedding ...had so many compliments .A couple of weeks ago I went back to find something to wear for not 1 but 2 grand daughters graduation...they live in separate cities so it will be ok to wear the same outfit ?? ... the ladies in that store are so kind and helpful...will always go back again..
