This small guy who works here came up to me today and greeted me and I was very friendly back and asked how he's doing, he frowned at me and walked away.? Later on I needed help so I looked at him trying to get his attention, he looked at me and then turned away. When other customers came in he was very friendly and actually talked to them. His coworker had to come over and ask if I needed a changing room. I don't know who spit in his coffee today.

I specifically mentioned that I was in shopping from out of town and that we do not have a Le Chateau in my city. The clerk still managed to forget to remove all the security tags from my items. When I called in and asked about how to return them to have the tag removed the manager said I would have to drive back to Saskatoon. The gas alone will cost nearly as much as the pants, not to mention the waste of my time. I definitely don't appreciate your organization forcing me to make a 3 hour round trip to resolve your incompetence! If I am to take your locations extremely poor customer service as a reflection of how the organization operates than I guess the lesson is if you shop at Le Chateau double check the staffs work before leaving the store because their employees are not capable of performing the basic tasks they are paid to do and the managers will go to absolutely zero lengths to help rectify a situation when their employee, and thus organization, has obviously made a mistake.

I was a regular customer for them. But, that is it. No more buying from them and I will send a complain to their website customer support although I am sure that nothing will happen.I am not ok to be forced to either buy within a 6 month or lose my money. How come this is a law and it is accepted by the province?Returns policy has to be changed.I wish I can give them a zero ?

Best place to buy shoes for parties and wedding.. beautiful glittery shoes and quite comfortable.. dont usually go on good sale for shoes but sale for clothes is good always... their dresses have a food fit, especially pants and blazers..jewelry is ok.

The service was terrible and I got a dress from grad here and there were holes in it and instead of putting it neatly into a garment bag they crumbled it and threw it in a regular plastic bag.

Wasn’t told there was only an exchange policy. My mother and I had ended up getting the same outfit for a wedding and now I have a store credit somewhere where I will never use it as I don’t ever shop there as items are usually over priced. Wasted almost $100 to sit in my wallet for the next year or so. Should tell people before and as they buy it’s only an exchange or store credit. Disappointed and don’t plan to shop here again.

Clothes are good but expensive. Service not great. And they need to change their policy in regard to exchanges.. nobody wants a store credit when taking an item back. You need to refund. I wont be shopping here again.

I like shopping here to look at all the stuff I can’t buy! I feel like the associates are snobby and give off that vibe of “you don’t look like you have money” kind of attitude. I really don’t appreciate that, regardless I like the store lots of cool stuff!
