The new store location is convenient and easy to navigate, with staff like Lavern, Leona, and Bryan providing exceptional customer service. They are happy to help locate products, answer questions, and even assist with online ordering.

Great place, great tools, and excellent customer service. My one complaint is that Veritas doesn't have a number 8 Bench plane. Please, Lee Valley. Make a number 8 bench plane! Other than that I love Lee Valley.
