I’ve ordered from this company a few times & visited in their store too. Great Company to shop from. Online & can also get in store. Also on phone if any questions very willing to assist. I’ll continue to buy from them when need to. Shipping always expedited quickly and efficiently UPS! No damaged products either.
I had couple parts missing I called customer service & they were so very responsive & had missing parts shipped immediately ( these parts missing right from factory) thank you Lee Valley ????

Great place, great tools, and excellent customer service. My one complaint is that Veritas doesn't have a number 8 Bench plane. Please, Lee Valley. Make a number 8 bench plane! Other than that I love Lee Valley.

Yesterday was the first time I had been to Lee Valley in years, I hadn’t been since I was a kid going with my parents!Bryan greeted me right away and asked how he could help. He showed mehow to use the online ordering system right from my phone, which was quick, convenient and easy to use. The customer service was friendly and professional. Thank you Bryan! I will be returning for more products.

I got what I came into the store for. However, having never been in there before I was unaware of the 40 year old take a number system and was prompted to the back for service. After I was literally ignored even after saying Hello until I noticed and asked about the old system. Felt like I had to be a 60 year old man to get respectfully acknowledged. Brutal.

Wonderful place for woodworking tools and ideas. Their products are top notch and staff are so helpful. Only one issue in ten years of going there and they resolved it promptly....this is why I'll pay a little more for a brick and mortar store...well done people.
