I’m really let down by my experience with Lululemon. I bought a product on 12/18/23, and can’t be used because they’re already looking way too worn out and got a hole on it. When I went back to the store to ask about their quality promise, the manager was dismissive and made it clear they didn’t plan to help. For such an expensive brand, I expected better quality and customer service. This isn’t what I’d expect from Lululemon.

I’m really disappointed with Lululemon. I used to love Lululemon but I bought a pair of leggings less than a year ago, and they’re already showing serious wear. I went in to ask about their quality promise, thinking they’d stand behind their products, but the manager was completely dismissive and unhelpful. It felt like they just didn’t care. The sales associate did assure me that the product was faulty but the manager thought otherwise. For the price you pay, you’d expect much better quality and service. Sadly, I won’t be shopping here again.

Received a sweater as a gift last year and it started pilling already. Contacted the quality performance team and they said it doesn't fall under the guidelines. Couldn't provide me with exactly why. All clothes pill with Lulu so don't bother wasting your money if they won't even stand by their quality performance.
On a positive note, anyone I have dealt with in the Midtown location has been good to deal with.

Did not like the service. This is not how you should treat your customers. The returning policy should be more flexible for customers in my opinion. Hope stuff would be more friendly and understandable soon. Thanks.

This store running by bunch of kids, I was waiting for the cashier I was dealing with and and when she was free she just left us with out giving us any excuse never go buy anything from them it’s not worth to spend that much of money to be treated like that ????????

Worse experience ever. Took some bad quality items back they agreed they are bad but they only change within the same item even though it says they will take it back on the receipt….i called the head office they said they should’ve returned it. But thankfully the lady from the head office was more helpful…… Brynn is the worse

Wonderful experience !! I had a problem with my online order and no one online would help me . Staff in store saved the day and fixed the online problem ! I will not shop lulu online but only at my retail from now on especially since lulus shipping has changed from FedEx . Thanks again to the team that helped me .. much appreciated!!

Very disappointed with my checkout. They seemed to be completely disinterested in me purchasing my Lululemon never lost keychain. He didn't ask me for my email address which they normally do when I buy and then he said I was good to go and I asked don't you need my email address? He said no and then he asked how I would like my receipt and I said email please I gave him my email address did not double-check the spelling and I did not even end up getting my email receipt. Please, if I am buying something from you, try at least to pretend to care.?

The staff is awesome. However, nobody answers the phone at this location i’ve called multiple times and all I get is a recording and you can leave a message, but nobody ends up calling you back.. I would prefer to call the store & see if they have what I’m looking for instead of me driving 45 minutes to the location and figuring out that they don’t have what I’m looking for and I have to order it online
