Kim Patel is one of the best employees I have ever interacted with at Marks Stonebridge. She has helped me and my family so many times and every experience with her has been amazing. She is incredibly good at cashing out, and she always helps us make thoughtful and mindful choices when we are choosing clothes, shoes and accessories. I recently bought a lot of scrubs for myself and she helped me through every single decision with so much patience.
Kim has a very beautiful personality. She is warm, welcoming and always makes you feel comfortable when you walk in. She answers every question without hesitation and never gets frustrated, even when we take a long time to decide. She genuinely cares about helping people and it shows.
People like Kim make the entire store feel better. She is the reason my family and I always come back to Marks Stonebridge. I am truly grateful for her help every time.

Great store!
Always clean and well organized.
The staff are friendly and helpful, and they often have good deals. One of my favorite places to shop for clothes.

I went-in 15 mins before their Closing time. I knew what I was looking for, so I went directly to the shoes & got a pair that was so comfortable!
I was in & out in 10 mins !
What a great time to shop, when no other customers were there !
This may be my new place to shop, after my favorite store filed for bankruptcy...
Best part is, MARKS is close to my place. Dont need to go downtown.
Lots of good sales ! Great value & amazing quality of clothes, footwear & accessories !!
The sales guy was friendly & nice!

UPDATE. Sept 13, 2025
Came-in this afternoon.
I got a pair of leather flat shoes.
Also, a simple dress with pockets.
Both were on sale, which is great!
There was not much people, so it was an amazing time to shop!
The female cashier was very helpful, thorough & friendly!
I came at a good time!!

I had a really disappointing experience at ur store in the footwear section. I needed help finding shoes, but the associate was just standing around with earbuds in, talking on the phone in his own language the entire time, not paying any attention to customers. It felt really unprofessional and honestly pretty rude, I just wanted some help. What’s worse another staff walked by and didn't do anything about it. I later found out his name was Shadeed.
Eventually, someone else helped me out, but the whole experience left a really bad impression - it felt like customer service just wasn't a priority at all.

Excellent place to shop but I don’t know what’s up with the people working there. I walked in today with my kids and passed reception, within 10 minutes after my shopping was done and went to the reception, every shopper was greeted by the same person at the reception who I saw when I stepped in. Are we now discriminating each other out loud?

Super great staff! Especially Catherine, I was trying to find an item for my husband and could not locate it online. Catherine went to work on it and Yes found the item and made sure she did all she could to help me. HUGE thank yo to Catherine!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. A discount that was offered was not applied correctly, and when I addressed the issue, the manager, Eric, responded dismissively and was unhelpful. This experience has left me very dissatisfied, and I will think twice before returning.

Was difficult to get the attention of an employee at first. When I did, the employee did an excellent job of assisting. Possibly Mark's could have additional staff for better overall customer experience. It is mot like there wouldn't be work for additional staff as many of the racks and tables need attention and organizing.

The stores hours on google needs to be updated. Google shows open until 9:00pm, but they are not (only Monday & Tuesday?).

Parking was easy. A large store with a considerable selection in-store. 😊 Though not a single salesperson came to assist. 🤔 I ended up walking out empty-handed.
