We used to come here often. The last time we came the person working the counter was exceptionally rude to my wife and I.
She didn't have her id on her so it was, moderately understanble that we couldn't purchase unless she had hers.. but the level of rudeness about it made it so we are never coming back! This used to be one of our favorite locally owned stores.

Jamie was so lovely and ordered in some specialty Japanese whisky for my partners birthday gift. A great communicator, and I couldn't believe that they'd order in a specialty product just for one person. No other liquor store in the city has this type and I'm so grateful for Jamie's help!

Worst local liquor store ever, do not shop here. Everything is overpriced, and the manager seems like a nut job. Acts like she knows everything. Plus it’s unnerving having workers follow you around and constantly asking if you need help. Go to Co-op liquor or urban cellars. Better pricing, more product, and friendlier staff.

Every time me and my friends would come to this establishment we get harassed by the very rude old man. If you want to get followed and patronized and be treated like a criminal this is the place for you!

Once again 56 years old I have a sibling that works there and I'm tired of her threatening to post me on Facebook because I walk in every now and then to grab a bottle of wine to me this is a breach I have complained to managers yet nothing's been done

You’ve lost regular customers because of the dense, thickheaded and incompetent old dude at the till. The guy is asking non-buying customers of age IDs and if you’re not carrying your ID because you’re not buying any alcohol. He denied service even though everyone in our party was clearly of age. This man is clearly deranged and is concocting weird far fetched stories. This guy clearly needs a life and another job ASAP.

Came there to buy my mother in law wine for her birthday and the new guy there accused me of being too drunk to buy it for her even tho I was completely sober and to go to work in 2 hours. The new guy there needs to learn the industry.

The tall old guy that seems miserable with his life makes it difficult to purchase drinks. Also comes with a weird stench.
