I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at this store.
During a visit, the manager helped me place an order for a coat online to be shipped to my address. I was told I would receive the receipt within two hours, but despite checking my email later, it never arrived. When I followed up, I was told it would take even more time.
Later, when I attempted to return the item, the same manager dismissed my concern, suggesting the receipt might be in my junk folder and telling me it was my responsibility to resolve the issue by contacting customer service. This response was frustrating and felt unprofessional. As the manager, I expected to assist me directly in finding a solution, not redirect the issue elsewhere.
I hope you can address this situation and ensure better customer support in the future. Please let me know how we can resolve this matter.

The reviews on here are obviously rigged. If you go to independent sites you see the truth.
After 1 year the zipper on my handbag broke. I was shocked to learn there was no warranty. I tried to get it repaired locally but no one was able to get a zipper that would work and I was told I needed to go through Michael Korrs for the repair.
Michael KORRS were unable or unwilling to help me with this. Just diplomatically said they didn’t know.
So now I have a $400 handbag that is still like new with a broken zipper that is destined for the garbage
Shame on you Michael Korrs. Buy your bags from lululemon. They offer lifetime warranty.

I went there last Wednesday ,November 29 to check what deals they have since I’m looking for early gifts to wrap .The staff were very accomodating,friendly,knows their products very well.It ends up I bought 2 wonderlust perfume .Its good to talk with 2 young staffs at this time when everyone now is all in their cellphone .Shout out to Star and Maron who made my shopping experience enjoyable and will surely back again in this location;)

The MK costumer service sucks big time, I bought a bag what I couldn’t find in the store, they sent me a totally random bag, now MK doesn’t want to fix the mistake, I ended up without the money and without the product I ordered and im stuck with a random bag…awful experience, times wasted on calls and emails back and forth without a solution, never again shopping from MK.
