Nice little store, didn't have what I was looking for today (neodymium magnets) like I bought from them in the past as they no longer stock them. They are fully self-checked now thereby putting more staff on the floor, which is great to see as they did not have much staff on the floor before.

The staff suck at their jobs. The boxes that were sitting waiting to be opened and put out when I went two weeks ago are still sitting there untouched. Yet there were several employees standing at the tills doing nothing but talking. Next time I'll place a pick up order so they actually have to do their jobs.

They are friendly, helpful and has what i need there are a few things I wanted to get and they didn't have it. I like that they have classes for adults and kids to try out a new craft They are opening up a second store on the west side in the old liquor board store in the confederation on the side by McDonald's and Canadian tire, will be amazing because when you need something quick then you won't have far to run and get it.

The staff at this Saskatoon location are great!
One specifically is named Remmy. She works in the framing department.
My sister and I brought 4 canvas’ to get framed that our grandfather painted 20+ years ago.
These pieces mean a LOT to us and we wanted to find the best glass & frame to showcase his work for many years to come.
Remmy was so patient with us and very knowledgeable.
Showed us many frame styles and matte (I think it’s called?) options, as well as the different types of glass.
We are SO excited to get our art back once the framing process is complete.

Seemed to be a few empty spots on the shelves, luckily they had one left of the item I was after. I never really like self checkouts, but these weren’t terrible.

They don't carry any gold stickers or embossing supplies to emboss stickers or seals.

I love shopping at Micheal's, however, usually it takes some time do decide on exact products I want, Staff seems to take that, and the appearance my my fiancé as an invitation to follow us around like we're criminals. I needed help getting a paint marker, as they are locked up, and she held them at the front (because we couldn't carry a 6$ marker ourselves) ended up forgetting the markers as we used a self check out and no one offered help. Lady up front looked annoyed also. I haven't had an experience like that before, will be avoiding going there when possible.
