When I went in initially he quickly diagnosed the microphone with a special test stand device, confirming the bottom left mic was non functional. I never knew a test device like this existed, and my previous visit to London Drugs only resulted in a lot of head scratching, hmmms and huhs, and no confidence. They were no help. Dan provided absolutely seamless professional service, genuine Apple parts, and quick turn around. My passcode wasn’t needed, didn’t have to wipe out/reset the phone, or even lose my screen protector. Totally pleased and highly recommend the Apple service desk at this Sasktel location in Saskatoon. And I’m even a Telus customer, didn’t matter!”
