“This review goes out specifically to Brayden at the Preston location. My iPhone 16 had a battery issue and needed a replacement. I had brought the phone to another service provider that told me the phone would be shipped to Apple to get diagnosed and I should expect the repair to be completed in about a week. I went back to that same service provider to help me sync my data onto an old phone that I would temporarily use for work but they were no help at all. I mean, every question I would ask them I would literally receive a response of “I don’t know” and it was left at that. Feeling uncomfortable with who I chose to repair my phone, I decided to visit Brayden at Jump.ca to help me out. Brayden was FAR more knowledgeable and helpful and actually answered my questions. He even stayed late to help me transfer my data onto the old phone, which was very kind. The next day I decided to cancel my repair order with the old service provider and restart with Brayden at Jump. He got the phone diagnosed within 10 minutes or so. (Keep in mind the other service provider said they were gonna ship it out to get diagnosed and after 2 days with my phone they still hadn’t shipped it) and then Brayden told me it would be fixed within the DAY!! (Again, the other service provider told me it would take 1 week). 2.5 hours later I received a phone call that my phone is fixed and ready to be picked up. All around I could not have asked for better service, Brayden was absolutely incredible and same goes for everyone working at Jump.ca. You’ve earned a customer for life!”
