The folks here were incredibly kind when I tried to bring my very anxious pup into be weighed. They tried multiple ways to help make the process easier and were not deterred by his anxious peeing. They lavished attention on his, gave him pets and treats, learned his name etc. It was clear they are true animal lovers.
