Petland used to be much better when they had the big variety of fish & reptiles, now it's the average place with workers knowing more for cats and dogs like usual. I say study your fish to save the hassle of trying to ask anyone for information.

Had a great experience here thanks to Elana idk how to spell her name I forgot to ask before I left but she was able to help me find the best wet food and kibble for my new kitten will defiantly be coming back and recommending my friends nd family to com here for all their pet needs.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I wanted to mention a special lady named Cynthia. She went ubove and beyond to help me and my elderly mother. We needed help to find kitty litter for my mom's cat. Without even asking she carried the large heavy bag to our car so I could help my mother back to our car. She carried it and put it in our car. Thanks so very much for your kindness Cynthia 😊 You were so kind and helpful we appreciate everything you did for us a few days ago. 😍💜We are so grateful for your help. The Petland is so lucky to have such a wonderful lady working for them😍💜❣️

I had originally gone to the Stonebridge location, but they were sold out of the product. They called this store, and I went to pick up the product. As soon as I walked in the door, there was a CSR there to help with the entire transaction. She even gave me a couple samples of other dog food to try for my dog with tummy trouble. She then took everything to my vehicle and loaded it for me. I was super please with both the stock and service. I'll be back.

We are regular customers and today asked a young male employee with blond longer hair for assistance. He rolled his eyes then proceeded to tell us they don't have it. When I mentioned that the east side carries the product he told us to go there, which we did. Won't be back.
