The displayed prices inside are not what they charge you. I was charged about 50% over what my items should have cost. Didn't give or offer a receipt so just found out checking my banking. Went in to have it fixed and they were unhelpful. Scam store.

I went there got gas today at 6:00 PM and asked for washroom key and the attendant told me the washroom is not working. Upon my insistence he gave me the key and the washroom was perfectly alright.
I think such a practice is not only illegal but pathetic 😡

I recently visited Petro and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to certain incidents. I was refused permission for a friend to use the facilities simply because he was native, which I found to be unfair and discriminatory. Additionally, I observed rude behavior from staff, including rushing a patron by tapping impatiently on the till, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere.
I believe in the importance of respectful and inclusive service, and I hope the management will address these issues to ensure all customers are treated with dignity and patience. Improving staff training on customer service and diversity awareness could greatly enhance the experience for future visitors.

Bad service the teller is rude we went through car wash and it stopped rolling halfway through and we ask him if we can go through to clean our vehicle he didn't believe us even though i had a video

Barely any of the petro points scanners on the pumps work (either not scanning at all or it attempts to wcan but does that *beepbeepbeep* and doesnt register — this was on multiple different phones.
The car wash cleans the car most times, with the odd time of my car coming out with suds still on it
Usually really clean and stocked, so guess theres that?

Paid almost 16$ and car is not cleaned and dry. Many areas are still full of dirt. Also, my car got some scratches for a bonus. Never use again.

The payment machine at the car wash entrance did not work. I pressed the help button several times, but it seemed unresponsive or perhaps wasn't working either. No one came to assist me. I ended up causing a delay and damaged my car rim.

Well stocked and organized shelves. Staff was polite and very attentive. Bathroom was spotless, unexpectedly clean.

Absolute worst experience I've had with car wash and staff, paid for top deluxe wash. Vehicle came out still looking barely touched, went inside to ask cashier about said issue and he was immediately aggressive and belligerent. Highly recommend going anywhere else to avoid arguments and headaches. Car wash is also down for months on end anyway.
