“Having a long history of chronic illnesses I have tried many pharmacies, and after trying quite a few and not having good experiences, I read the great reviews for 33rd pharmacy and decided to give them a try. This was now 2-3 years ago and I can honestly say they are the best pharmacy! They are friendly, efficient, and always on top of my prescriptions, it is so nice to know longer be stressed when dealing with my many prescriptions. I highly recommend them!!”

“I used to deal with another Pharmacy in Saskatoon. After dealing with the other Pharmacy for a number of years, I needed to go somewhere else. My prescriptions were always shorted even though my medications were the same every month, they also changed my medications to a different brand all the time. I get it every once and awhile the Pharmacy needs to change but not all the time.
Well all that stopped after switching Pharmacies. Idylwyld Pharmacy has been great. I get all my medications the first time. There is no more going back 2 or 3 times just to get my shorted medications. The team at Idylwyld Pharmacy have been awesome. You will no be disappointed switching over to this Pharmacy.”

They always take my allergies seriously and make sure everything is safe for me, which gives me a lot of peace of mind. I never feel rushed or like just another customer. They take the time to listen, explain things clearly and go above and beyond to help. It’s rare to find a pharmacy that feels this caring and personal while still being so professional. I truly appreciate everything they do and would highly recommend them.”

“We changed pharmacies over a year ago and could not be happier with the staff and pharmacists. They are all very kind and helpful. For example, one time I did not pack enough of a medication and they transferred a prescription out of province and even followed up with a personal phone call to make sure I received my medication.
The phone is always answered promptly and the wait at the counter is either non-existent or short.”

“This pharmacy is pretty good, however I recently had an awful experience when talking to one of the pharmacists about a medication. She consistently told me that my daughter’s medication had a shelf life of 6 months after I told her the suspension seemed to lose efficacy after around the 3 week mark (why would I make this up? It’s more work for us!). When looking into this further, there is a significant amount of literature essentially stating the same. Regardless, that’s not the point; the point is that the pharmacist fought with me back and forth about this rather than just politely listening to what I was telling her. I’m a nurse and do know a little bit about drugs, etc. and that is why I had looked into this so thoroughly. She also was irritated that I was calling for a refill early because I had gotten bottles split for daycare and she was annoyed that the daycare bottle had more than the at home bottle when she’s only there a couple days a week (again, not my fault as I wasn’t the one who suggested the mL per bottle - all
I did was tell them her schedule last time I’d gotten it filled). That was a long rant. All of this to say, we have had MOSTLY great experiences but they should really just listen to what people are saying instead of consistently cutting us off telling us we are wrong. I will probably continue going there for her refills as it’s quick and most of the pharmacists have been great. This was my only bad experience but still wanted to write about it so that they can at least consider the way they speak to customers.”
