Terrible service there today, wasn't properly helped by the employees, asif they didn't even want to be there. It was rude, embarrassing and I will never shop here again. ?

I went to the one downtown, to get lunch and a drink. Since they're strict with you putting your bags near the cash register, and I think it's pointless to leave my stuff there for a few minutes. I went to look around a little
That was apparently a bad idea, because a Karen clerk decided to start following me around, and "asking" me if I need help. I said no, and that I knew what I wanted to get. I was hoping she'd take the hint, and leave me alone, because I have severe social anxiety, and stuff like that stresses me out
Karen didn't, and got more pissed at me. And continued following me around. She then asked if I was killing time waiting for my bus, and that I can't wander around the store (really should put a sign up, if that's a problem. And I guess she never heard of window shopping)
After I grabbed my lunch, she asked me if I found what I wanted. And then stopped following me. And started talking to a co-worker. Probably planning on banning me from the store, for daring to wander around a bit, before buying something
I then grabbed my bags, and payed, throwing my stuff into one of the bags, and left the store panicking
Would rate 0/5 if I could. Inside of store is nice, and the location is good. But that Karen has made me want to never go back

Very rude staff. No welcoming gesture. They stare at you the whole time you shop. And they dont even have the hot food they advertise at anytime.
They have a bring your own bag policy but when you walk in with that reusable bag they tell you you can't have it there?! Well then maybe start providing bags we don't have to pay for. Cos I'm not paying $1-$3 everytime I need to grab a couple things there.

I have always been treated good by the staff, and I am not always been an easy person to get along with so any conflicts were my fault.So my apologies to any staff that has had to put up with my pissy attitude, and I will try to be a better customer!!!!!!!??

Selection and operating hours are pretty limited. It seems like a lot of things downtown close by 5pm and closed certain days.

I just had the worst customer service in my whole life!?The two older women working there are extremely rude and clearly hate their jobs and regular customers.The price are totally ridiculous!!!

I arrived today at 4:50pm (November 16, 2022). They locked their doors soon after. I had 1 item to grab - I got to the cash register at 4:57pm. The door was already locked! Ppl were knocking on the door to get in. They had 7 more minutes to serve customers. I had to tell them it wasn’t 5:00pm. The one that had the key was reluctant to hand it over to her co-worker. Terrible service!

There were these two white ladies working there. Staring at me while I was buying a bottle of water,(made sure to get my receipt) cause when we walked in they were racially profiling someone else. First red flag! Then I walk to my cousin who is also buying things and the one white lady comes up to me and says "did you buy that?" I show her my receipt in an annoyed matter and she goes "You dont have to be so mean and aggressive" I leave the store cause she's bothering me and she says "dont let her back into the store"

It's annoying that this place isn't open on Sundays. People still take the bus on Sunday, so I'm sure there would be customers.

Great pharmacy staff. The girl with long brown hair that works in the pharmacy is wonderful and very sweet. Always greeting me with a smile, very helpful and patient with me. ?
