They dump scraps of meat in a garbage container in the back lane that is rotten and reeks throughout the residential neighborhood. They do not care how their poor disposal of rotten meat impacts their neighborhoods.

Great experience. Was approached right away and offer help. Had a quick conversation about the store and the frozen versus fresh offerings. When I was paying talked about local product and different locations that the food comes from. Loved it.

WARNING: everything you try from here will become your new standard and nothing else will taste as good. Pepperoni sticks are deadly, bone broth delicious, the pork shoulder makes unreal tacos, and there’s much more! Also grab a hand pie if you can - so good.

Tremendous assortment of meats ? ? We bought the $100 meat pack, 2-pack ribeye, a medium-sized bag of wild rice, BBQ sauce, and a dozen eggs.Excellent service! Clean and well stocked store.So far, we have cooked the steaks and bacon. The steaks were 100% the best we have ever had! And the bacon is smoked and salted to perfection! I highly recommend both!We will be shopping here more often!

Fantastic little speciality butcher shop on 20th Street. Here you will find all those rare beef, lamb and chicken cuts. Impressive selection of sausage! I will be back.

Great place, great staffs. The sausages are incredibly fragrant in the frying pan. I didn't know bacon can he this good before trying their peameal bacon. Yes, they cost a bit more than Costco but the quality you get is simply incredible.

All their beef is dry aged. The dry aged ribeye is super good. I also really enjoy the andouille sausage and their bone broth. The beef and pork broth alike are delicious.

Amazing smell when you first walk in. Very Amazing staff and it was so ?. The quality is superb. The beef Jerky was the best I had in a very long time. Prices are really good. I am so impressed by this jem store in our community.
