Needed meat for supper, first time in Prairie Meats so I went in and bought some meat and then got snacky so I picked up one of their Grab N Go Premiere potato salads, this review is on the potato salad only.
It looked really good, bits of radish, onions, eggs, celery, potatoes, so many ingredients and yet, it was flavorless :( I'm not sure how, but there was no flavor. It gets 1 star for having a variety of ingredients, but loses 4 stars for being boring and depressing to eat. I actually took no comfort nor did I get any joy in eating it and gave half the container away to a fellow employee that asked "how come it tastes like nothing".

We are a German family visiting here and wanted to cook a typical German meal for our Canadian family. Meat rolls!! Great service. The butcher cut us perfect roulades and the meat was superb. If we are here again, we will be back!

Good selection of meats and meals. Do not get their beef jerky though. It's so dry and touch you will never be able to bite through it. Turned into a $35 bag of dog treats.

A huge meat market in town. I am not familiar with meat production markets and factories, but I can see here has workshop area to slice or cut meat.I was looking for the Veal Cordon Blu, so I have walked around again and again. Because I am not familiar with it, someone who works here came and help me to find. He guided me to the freezer gates, and found the Veal cordon Swiss. He went back and double check if they have the blu. However, they don’t have it when I visited.No worries, it gonna come back later. Same price for those Veal cordon products. $32.99 when I purchased.

Oh my! I can not say enough wonderful things about this place. It is like a giant candy store for adults...but with fresh beef and chicken and fish and...and..and...The Millar Ave location has a huge selection of both fresh and frozen products. Many ready to go and whole meals prepped. The 1st time in was in I wasn't seeing what I was looking for. An associate named Lana spotted me and came out from behind the counter and literally took me by the arm and walked with me around the store. Today we were back and browsing and many associates offered assistance as well as free samples. Such great customer service so many products to choose from. A definite go to place for us! (Love the potatoe crusted cod!)
