Will sell you defective merchandise and tell you off when you ask for a simple exchange. It is worth noting that upon taking them to a shoe repair shop thereafter (and learning the company who manufactured the shoes offered warranty the whole time), I have heard there and from multiple other parties that these people are known for terrible customer service and flippancy. Avoid avoid avoid.

If I could give a negative star review, I would. Experienced, some of the worst customer service I have ever had through this company. I have been struggling with some unforeseen health issues and was not able to make it back within the 15 day return policy. I called and was hoping that because of the unforeseen health circumstances that possibly an exception could be made this one time, and I could return my boots. However, when I called, I was greeted with one of the rudest individuals who shared that she was in fact the district manager.(midtown plaza location, Saskatchewan) She then went out of her way to tell me when I asked for her manager that I “could go online & write to head office but good luck as it all comes back to her anyway.” I just can’t help but feel as though that was such belittling behaviour and used as a scare tactic so that customers do not report their poor service experiences. It is because of her lack of customer service skills that leads to unhappy customers such as myself and makes me question what kind of a manager and leader she is for her staff. I purchased through this company because I thought that they held a high level of standard within their business. However, I have come to realize that I was mistaken. I am saddened that they would hire somebody with such poor communication skills and belittling mannerism as Quarks district manager to be the forefront of their company. Do yourself a favour and shop somewhere else.

The worst services I have ever had at Quarks Midtown Plaza. I was asking the sales person about winter boots and when I was talking to her she left me and the store was empty and I was the only customer.

I went in here the other day to look for work shoes...and for the entire 20 seconds i was in the store, the two women working just starred at me and said nothing. The store is small, and I was basically right infront of them. Im not sketchy, I have money, and I would have bought a couple pairs of shoes. Instead, I was starred at and felt very uncomfortable. Wont be back, try hiring people with sincere customer service skills. Not just people that need a job.
