Sam is just amazing!! I’m so happy he was my realtor. He helped me choose my very first home! Sam was readily available for any questions I had anytime of the day & evenings! He was able to book viewings quickly. I had to ditch my other 2 realtors (who were very irresponsible and sloppy) for Sam & I’m so glad I did! Sam went above & beyond for me. Even with me working 2 jobs, Sam always made time to work around my schedule.I am truly impressed, will be referring all my friends & family to him for sure! Sam was very patient and helpful in the search for our first home. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Sam Jones. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. He is honest and hands-on, and he really helped to take the pressure off of us.We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a offer-counter offer war, Sam walked us through every step of the negotiations and provided with some great and helpful suggestions. Overall, it was an amazing experience dealing with him. We have several friends looking for homes and thinking about selling, and we always recommend Sam to them!

Do yourself a favor and deal with Sam. The best in the west, he went the extra mile with me, answered all my questions, saved me time, money and hassle. He even lent me my down payment and arranged discounted lawyer service for my title transfer! Hands down the best realtor in Saskatchewan!
