“Mike was punctual in keeping our appointment when we listed our house, and kept us informed on what was happening - whether it be a request for a showing, an offer, and comments from other realtors' clients, either pro or con. During the process there were some issues discovered that needed to be repaired and as soon as those were dealt with he called us with another offer, which we accepted. He was easy to talk to (except that Mike has a very soft voice and I don't hear very well so communication was sometimes difficult. Fortunately Marlene was there to carry on the conversation so with her help we managed OK.

While things move quick in the Nutana area, Perry was able to get me a showing for a house I absolutely loved and helped me navigate the offer process, set up a home inspection, arranged for a furnace inspection and once this was all completed, helped me re-negotiate a new offer based on the inspection results.
