He listened to what we wanted, but also took it upon himself to research for us and share many other listings. When we toured homes, he always came prepared, having researched the home and comparables and even had ideas for renovations or changes that allowed us to see ourselves living there. Josh was always calm, patient, and punctual and was often available via text whenever we sent him our ideas/listings. It's so clear that Josh cares about the people first, as he cautioned us against some properties based on his experiences instead of rushing us into the first house we saw. Even though we are young, we felt heard and valued and we ultimately ended up with a home way beyond my expectations- in a great area, fair price, easy negotiations, really the whole package!
