After a warranty/insurance claim with my son’s truck - which should have been very straightforward when it came to the repair work - it unfortunately morphed into this huge, arduous ordeal. We ended up needing to involve Dodge service, since being a VW dealership there was one part Dodge needed to complete, since VW Was unable to service that part of the claim.
That situation aside, a HUGE shout-out to ANDREW (sales) and BRY (service) for their consistent help, support, and patience throughout the process. They consistently provided clear communication, explained what work was needed to be done, and they kept us up to date on the work progress.
Throughout the complicated - and beyond frustrating - situation (with my son’s truck being a used Dodge Ram, we ended up needing to involve Dodge service, which complicated EVERYTHING - but this situation was in no means the fault of VW), Bry went above and beyond to organize and stay on top of everything on the service end. He was an absolute pleasure to speak with, he was kind, courteous, and extremely knowledgable, always friendly. He definitely helped make this unnecessarily complicated and frustrating experience as smooth and painless as possible. And our salesman Andrew proved his customers are valued and not forgotten about the moment they drive away after a sale. A HUGE shoutout to Bry, Andrew, and the rest of the team at VW.- I know this wasn’t an easy or straightforward one, but the way you went above and beyond to help us is recognized and much appreciated.

Extremely disappointed with Saskatoon, Volkswagen service department
As a continuous client of Saskatoon Volkswagen, I’ve always trusted the service department for their efficiency and Reliable. However, I must expressed my extreme disappointment with the recent experience I had with their service department.
Every year we book a tire change with them as regular maintenance this year despite being a loyal customer, we were shocked to be scheduled 2 1/2 weeks out for simple tire change. This extended wait time is unacceptable, especially considering that we store our tires at their facility.
This delay in service has left me feeling that the service department is on a downward spiral. It is unacceptable for us to have to wait this long for a proactive service like winter tire replacement we even offered to leave the vehicle there for one or two days to see if they could fit us in and we were declined this as well and I’m not sure customer care is top priority for Saskatoon Volkswagen service department

Took my car in today for 2 new tyres the receptionist BOOKED me In for the 10.30 slots the 9.30 didn't work for me. I left the car there then returned at 1.45 only Tobe told it still hasn't been seen yet,so I said I would come back at 4. When returning at 4 I was told one of the lug nuts was in there too tight for them to remove, so still nothing finished, they didn't think to call me as they said they only just got to it before I got there. I think they have VERY BAD customer service, I should of been told 10.30 was a drop off time not a book I time.will not be returning or referring them to anyone, take a wide berth from this place ...
I went to Fountain Tire the following day and had two tires fitted in under an hour. Shame on you VW Saskatoon.

Strong lack of communication. I have to drive about an hour 20 minutes from another town. brought my vehicle in 3 separate times and was turned away because right parts weren't ordered or sent back. Warranty issuer still not resolved and no follow up from dealer. Like most places they are order takers. Once it comes to service very weak backing and follow up. Everyone has their flaws no matter what you buy. I just recommend buying something that has a local dealer. So if your rural don't buy Volkswagen.

Andrew was the best salesmen. He sold me my CR-V. He was kind to me and efficient with the sale. Overall a great person and great salesmen. I highly recommend him to anyone who goes to buy a car from Volkswagen.

For anyone looking for a new or used vehicle I'd recommend asking for Christa! While I did not end up getting in a VW she answered every question I had with total confidence! She definitely knows her stuff! While she's knowledgable on all the cars at VW she brings a friendly attitude that's incredibly easy to get along with when shopping for a new vehicle.

I didn’t like this dealership. I tried to make an appointment for an oil change and diagnostic service. However, even with an early morning appointment I was apparently going to be subject to getting bumped by people wanting their seasonal change over of tires! So, I make an appointment and travel almost 2 hours to get service and I stand the chance of being bumped. I was told it might take all day!! But they would shuttle me to someplace in the city if I wanted!! Why make an appointment?

Christa Jurgens at Volkswagen was the best sales specialist ever. She has great customer service and stopped at nothing to help get me into my dream car, she is such a sweet genuine person who really cares for the customer. I would 100% recommend buying a car from this lovely woman!
