Honestly I think this is the worst location ever. Never-ending ATM problems. They’ve been asked to fix the issues over and over again. Now it’s been down for 2 days, who knows how long it’ll take to fix it. Doesn’t even accept money half the time. It continually spits it back out to you, sometimes you have to cancel the entire transaction because you’ve run out of chances after the amount of times it has rejected it. (I drive over to Stonebridge or University Heights and don’t have nearly this many issues!)
Can’t even go inside to use the ATM’s cause the doors are locked extremely early! Manager Travis refuses to return repeated emails and phone calls for complaints with his staff. Never in my life have I met a manager who refuses to call people back when they leave voicemails with complaints. Sorry but this has gone beyond the point of pathetic customer service.

Atms are always dirty, saw the same shit
smeared on the keypad a week later. The drive thru ATM is barely functioning.

Their ATM machines have got to be the fussiest things ever for "envelope free" deposits. Says "remove rejected items" and half the time it's my entire deposit! The machine at drive-thru is worse than the ones inside. I bet if I withdrew cash and tried to redeposit, it wouldn't accept what it just gave me. Such a hassle...

I have had nothing but issues with fraudulent charges for the past three years
I had to relearn 7 different card numbers due to them freezing my account after suspicious activity- (used at a compromised location) I have never had this issue with my other bank. Not in 25 years. Not once. Deeply regret setting up all my deposits and withdrawals with this bank. Gonna be a nightmare to switch but also can’t wait.

I am astounded at the lack of incompetence Scotia Bank has displayed. I am in another province acting as POA for a family member at this branch in Saskatoon. I have attempted to contact someone at this branch to assist me with my loved one's finances 5 times to no avail. I have filed a complaint with their main call centre but feel defeated. I would never personally use the services of Scotia Bank as there are other banks who value their clients.

I got refused to deposit a cheque from my work into my bank account and was told to do it through my online banking app. I've never heard of this happen in my life ever! Needless to say I am closing down my bank account with Scotia Bank and switching to another bank that will be happy to deposit a cheque into my account.

Genuinely some of the worst banking experiences I've ever had were at this branch. My partner and I got our mortgage through here since he banked with Scotia and I had a car loan. The advisors were genuinely nice in person. However they never respond to emails or phone calls, it took forever for them to process anything and we barely got our mortgage processed without getting charged additional fees for it being late. The tellers are also genuinely rude and completely unhelpful. I thought they were just being rude to me because I bank with CIBC and they treated my partner better but another experience today showed they're just generally rude. Would rather have another root canal than go here for banking. Also would give 0 stars if I could.

This bank is a joke. Never come here after 4pm it’s locked!How the hell do you have 3 atms and have the doors closed ant it’s 7pm. How am I suppose to put cash into my account? I’m done with Scotiabank and changing banks. This happens too often and I’m tired of it. I wish I could give 0/5 stars.

Absolute worst customer service experience I ever had. I was already having difficulty obtaining the promotional rate offer they have from SelectPay of 2% fee for 12 months when I submitted my application, one of the agent they have over the phone was also rude, his name was Oscar. It was unfortunate, I thought I was liking this bank.
