Well maintained property, even after a snow storm, all of the lanes to the units were plowed and easily accessible. They meet and exceed all of my storage needs. Highly recommended. “I rented a unit at the Portage Avenue location online. When I went to pick up the lock and get my code, I realized the unit would not work for my needs. Diana and Della were super helpful and checked availability at the other two locations. They found a unit at the 1st Avenue location that was easily accessible, close to the loading dock, and climate controlled. The location is super clean and the unit looked great. They have moving carts, ramps, docks, etc. and made it very easy to load/unload items. (There is also a washroom, which is super convenient after a long day of moving!) The only thing to consider is the after-hours access. If you have a unit close to the main doors and loading dock, the after-hours keypad is at the opposite end of the building. You have to enter, then walk down a long hallway with motion-activated lights, then get in the elevator and go down to the main floor. I did not like that aspect, especially if you are alone.”
“It was an amazing experience out there. I deal with Pamela (store manager) at airport location and ruchir as well on different location .overall staff is very professional and respectful.
They understood my requirements and then suggested me to reserve units accordingly.

“I was very happy with the Access Storage location I recently used. The staff were friendly and helpful. The storage areas were clean and ready for my things. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that I've never used this type of facility before so I'm not sure how they compare.”
“My things are safe and dry. The staff is helpful, and they even used their truck and trailer to help me move in, and didn't charge me anything. They are closed on the weekend, but they have an after hours attendant who came down and rented me a unit on a Sunday, and like I said, helped me move. They loose a star for yard maintenance, as I do agree with some other reviewers that it could be kept tidier. They were however quite a bit cheaper.”
“A great spot to store your trailer. I stored my small, 16 foot trailer here over the last couple of years and found the whole experience to be five star! Very efficient and safe entry and exit, great people to deal with and a clean, well maintained facility. Nicolle went above and beyond to ensure the registration process went smoothly and all my questions were answered. If I need a storage facility again, I will definitely come back to planet friendly storage!
