“I recently rented a unit at Access Storage and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Staff members were incredibly helpful, taking the time to show me different unit sizes so I didn't pay for space I didn't need. The facility is spotless, well-lit, and the climate control gives me real peace of mind for my furniture. Highly recommend for anyone in Saskatoon looking for an stress-free storage solution!

“I rented a unit at the Portage Avenue location online. When I went to pick up the lock and get my code, I realized the unit would not work for my needs. Diana and Della were super helpful and checked availability at the other two locations. They found a unit at the 1st Avenue location that was easily accessible, close to the loading dock, and climate controlled. The location is super clean and the unit looked great. They have moving carts, ramps, docks, etc. and made it very easy to load/unload items. (There is also a washroom, which is super convenient after a long day of moving!) The only thing to consider is the after-hours access. If you have a unit close to the main doors and loading dock, the after-hours keypad is at the opposite end of the building. You have to enter, then walk down a long hallway with motion-activated lights, then get in the elevator and go down to the main floor. I did not like that aspect, especially if you are alone.”
“My first impression was very welcoming, helpful and clean area. My need was very short notice, I was accommodated a heated unit with a great first month discount. I was reminded a week prior to my contract renewal and reminded of cost, I was informed that my unit could be downsized if needed. I was able to close my account 24 prior to contract renewal, no surprise fees. Plus they sell locks, moving blankets etc on site. Highly recommend.”

“We had 2 sites with Planet Friendly Storage for 4 years. The location was great, use of gate codes was super easy and quick. We felt confident in the security of our vehicles and had no issues. “My things are safe and dry. The staff is helpful, and they even used their truck and trailer to help me move in, and didn't charge me anything. They are closed on the weekend, but they have an after hours attendant who came down and rented me a unit on a Sunday, and like I said, helped me move. They loose a star for yard maintenance, as I do agree with some other reviewers that it could be kept tidier. They were however quite a bit cheaper.”

The units are set up well and have not had any problems with water or pests in the unit. The staff are very friendly and know the value of customer service and have made our experience of renting our unit a enjoyable one. I would recommend AHL for anyone who needs long term storage.”
“I didn’t even know u-haul had storage and had booked somewhere else, then when that fell through u-haul was the only one open on the long weekend Monday when I was stuck with a truck full of everything I owned. But so glad we ended up storing our stuff here. The staff were very helpful and the unit was easy to access and perfect for our needs.”

“From the Lady that answered the phone who explained everything very well to the driver Ron who brought the unit it was handled very well. The unit was placed with precision exactly where I wanted it. I would highly recommend using them.
The unit was picked up today by Ron who was very precise in the pickup and friendly and professional. When I booked the pickup earlier in the week I am glad she suggested a extra couple of days as it didn't cost me anymore and gave me the extra time I needed to empty it.
