I would put no stars. Customer service is so bad at the desk and no one answers the phone. Internet is speed is no good. I would recommend sasktel way better

Incredible customer service! I went to the store and booked an appointment for an internet installation and the service is so fast, in only 1 day it will get installed. Thank you Olman for your help!

Worst business to deal with and the Internet speed is crap even with the highest speeds paid for. Can't cancel in person Can't return the modem in person you have to take everything to Canada Post now.

Do not get there wifi! The connection drops constantly and they do not care about loyal customers. Look into other providers for sure!

Rogers now charges an extra $10 for Stars even if your in a contract starting January 2025.
The shaw representative named Patrick told me I could RENEW my contract or charge me an EXTRA $10 first the extra $7 per digital box now this. I will be definitely canceling my account when my contract ends in 5 months.
Long term loyal customers are no longer a priority to them. Rogers merger was a huge mistake. I know I'm not the only one who feels this way.

Worst service ever. Kept on holding to talk to tech support as a bussiness for over 30 mins each time. Could not reach anyone. This is the most garbage internet provider in the history of the world.

Price was cheaper than Sasktel. But my internet will sometimes cut off and be off for 5 mins. Idk if its updating or whats going on. And when your wifi is not working..... you cant access the App to connect to your modem to reset it if you dont have Data.... stupid system.

Tried to put our satellite service on seasonal break for the receiver at our RV. Never did figure it out. On hold for about an hour and ten minutes. By then I am so PO’d that I just canceled the service.

Two part review of Shaw. Since the Rogers merger, the actual service has been abysmal. For 7 to 8 days, it kept dropping in and out and finally went dead on Oct 23. It took me 3 to 4 hours of calling various numbers and locations to even get a person who could deal with our problems. So for that they get a 1 Star.
The Tech who came over to fix it on Oct 23 gets the 5 Stars. Ryan Phillips was amazing. Smart, communicative, polite, cordial. Everything you expect in a Service Tech and more. He went through the system and troubleshot it like a person possessed. He even spent time on the phone with the Property Mgr discussing access to the main electrical room. When he left the service was working much better. And he stayed to make sure that it was and that there was nothing more that he could do. But most of all, we knew what he did, why he did it and what to do if we have more issues.
So Thanks to Ryan Phillips in Saskatoon. You are a good person, who knows what he is doing.
Now lets hope that Shaw Internet can deliver the service that their tech, Ryan did.

All I can get at the call centre are foreigners that don’t understand what I’m talking about. There’s only one place in the whole city where there is an office and you can’t even deal with them because I think they only send out the repair guys. Everything is done through the call centre. I moved out of the suite where I had hook up from Shaw, but I moved out of there and I don’t need their service anymore. I don’t care if there is a contract in life change I sent back the equipment, but they are still charging me.
