“Set up a personal mailbox with this store since I live outside the city now. I’ve had dozens of packages delivered without a single issue, ranging from standard Amazon packages, heavy vehicle parts, and international packages that are oversized. They also hold my packages for seemingly an unlimited amount of time as it’s been a week plus between visits sometimes.
They have taken everything and anything without problem.
The customer service is wonderful, they know me and my wife by name now and I never even have to ask for packages, they literally get it out on the desk as soon as we walk in.
They are incredibly accommodating as I’m very forgetful and have left me key at home, and they opened my mailbox without question.
Every time I walk in, the lady that works there (I think her name is Anne) is always so happy and bubbly and is sooooo excited to speak with me, that it inherently puts me in a fantastic mood. The gentleman is also very nice.
When I signed up, I expected to have a mail box location. Now, 3 months later, I feel as though I’ve gained a reliable and trustworthy set of friends. Keep up the great work you two!
PS: every one of these boxes came through their ups in the last few weeks. To the point where I felt bad for ordering too many packages. This isn’t just any ups, you can tell they really care.”
