Bill and the crew are top notch. My timing chain went on my car just 2 days the new engine came in my car was going at a good price. 2 week later in for a check up everything doing great. now planning a 3000 km holiday. Sherly's has my business and HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

One of the few honest repair shops in Saskatoon, I've never been disappointed by there service and there very reasonable on your bill ,they are booked up by a week or so but it's worth the wait AAA+

The best been going there for 20 years,They are hoenst reliable and do an exelent job.They are very busy so there is a waiting time but they are well worth the wait.If they suprize you its ussualy in your favor.Just took my truck in for a CV joint i was desperate and thankfully they squeezed me in. I wont go anywhere else.

A short while after Shirley’s serviced my daughter’s vehicle it was having the same problem, they told her it would be two weeks before they could fix it. Unable to wait she took it to another service shop which discovered the problem was never fixed properly. I took the repair bills to Shirley’s and discussed this with the owner. He was immediately confrontational, quite rude, unapologetic, showed a total lack of empathy and did not offer any compensation for their labour. Extremely poor customer service.
Just to clarify the owners reply he failed to mention a few things. The compensation he offered for the other service shop's labour was about a third of the amount we paid Shirley's. Plus it was conditional, he would only pay the compensation if we brought the vehicle back to him so he could look at it. His confrontational attitude gave me the impression that if I took the vehicle back to him he would make me wait awhile. Also, I did not want him taking things apart.

I have been to many shops and Shirley's is by far the best staff is down to earth easy to talk to and they will explain everything in layman terms so you understand easily

Had to wait 3 weeks to get in, no problem, this place was told to be highly recommended, took my vehicle down to Shirley's at 7.30 am talked to a mechanic, he said they would look at it, ? Great walked home, waited for phone call, 4 hours go by no phone call, so I phoned them, they had not even moved my jeep ,from where I parked it, 4 hours,I was the first vehicle there at 7,30 am ,the worst experience I have had dealing with mechanic, s out of 1 to ten a minus, they are the worst to deal with, never going there again, better off at Canadian tire?Shirley's is highly recommended for grade one stuff. Like oil changes, air filter changes tire swapping, but above grade one stuff, they are the worst, in the city, the worst, worst and the worst, would never go there again or recommend, anybody to go there,avoid at all costs
