Consistent mistakes with the billing from the newer staff. They don’t get trained on how to fix it from the pharmacists that know what’s going on. They consistently try to charge me for medication that is supposed to be covered.

I wanna ask one thing if they have a sale sign on the floor and the item scan it with the full price? Whose mistake is there? The employee said that sign is from last week and did not give the item to me. Bad customer service experience

Been visiting this shop for over 5 years now but first time a very helpful and friendly service from Maisha. She made us (my daughter and I) special. She even recommend products to me to try it first before purchasing a larger ones. She gave an awesome customer service! Good job!

Not all that impressed anymore with this pharmacy. When I first started coming to this one it was a great, never made a mistake, always had the proper stock and never this 12 hour wait thing. Now, they take extremely long to prepare the medication ( I ask for them the day before and they are not ready the next day), sometimes I get the wrong amount ( not shortage on the meds, but wrong quantity), they always seem to not have my medication in stock ( and no the medication is not on a shortage, they just don't have the proper inventory now, for almost 8 months), they don't tell you if they don't have the proper inventory they just fill a bit without saying. I've had to wait numerous times so they "fix" the incorrect quantity, so ive grown a habit of asking them to count infront of me. I have also been given the wrong medication a few times, and the wrong dose for medications ( ones that I have been on the same dose for a few years). They have also "misplaced" my medications and I have to wait 20 minutes for them to actually find the medications that they have prepared. The organization definitely needs to be looked at. The inventory issue also needs to rethought. Not to mention the training needs to be updated as when you call they give a different answer almost everytime and not to mention the mistakes in wrong medication needs to be addressed, as in actually double checking, and following proper procedures. I've worked with smaller pharmacies that are extremely busy and rarely make these types of mistakes, but this location seems to make them repeatedly. Almost seems like they need more staff or better training. Not to mention today I saw an old prescription that was on the shelf behind the counter that seemed to have patient information on it just sitting on the shelf in eye sight .

Been there alot to pick up stuff here and there .. went there today and there little security guard wanted to follow me to the pampers and stand there and stare and say nothing. Yes I'm native and yes I'm 100% certain that why he followed me around. Never had a issue with this shopper drug mark until today.. your security needs better training and not assume that every native steals..

I've been going to this locations since Oct 2023 & though sometimes the pharmacy is so busy they do their best on those days to provide good customer service . I go early AM to pick up prescriptions & the foot traffic is considerably less. I have always been given help when I'm looking for something specific . The Beauty Boutique girls have always been helpful & offer great suggestions & alternative products to try . The checkout clerks know what they are doing but I still keep an eye out for my PC Optimum points lol There are several products that don't qualify for the extra points so buyer beware . All in all it's a 5 ! great parking , clean & area feels safe when going here in the evening

Worst customer service experience ever.Went there for return some products and girl at the beauty boutique name with jessica was super rude and behaved arrogant. She just refused to take my products . Gave me not valid reason for not returning my products. Then supervisor jumped in, he was behaving like he is owner of the store and he was saying i am the supervisor and i am telling you I can’t return this .Why is so ?Why I can’t return anything in your location if i haven’t bought the product from your location?You guys can’t say , why i am buying the products if later i need to return. Well this is so ridiculous.

Worst service they didn’t get ready medication on time every after two day’s medication is not ready which is supposed to ready by 2 hours as time given but still after two days its not ready, next time they give me 40 mg instead of 10 mg and asked me to break it into 4 pieces to have 10 mg !!!! Seriously what the hell is this unprofessional people r working here in Kensington shoppers.I want phone number to report this to higher reps to take this thing into their hand’s seriously.

Pharmacy is a disorganized mess. Multiple times I've gotten notifications saying my prescription is ready and it isn't. So I even started phoning ahead to make sure it was ready and wouldn't take multiple trips. But there is no help or accountability even that has failed. I'm going elsewhere.

Shopper's pharm in Kensington is horrible. Long wait times in line even though they have 2 tills and staff available. Phone rings off the hook - makes sense why I am always on hold for a long time before they answer. They have bags and bags of prescriptions sitting around so either they are too busy or not organized enough. I just waited 20 mins in line behind 1 person!! I also called once to get a pharm to prescribe a med they can prescribe and was told they are too busy. Call the dr. I may be looking at changing pharms

It’s always been a bad experience when it comes to our prescriptions. Waiting time is really bad! Even calling them ahead of time, you will still end up waiting for another 30 minutes to an hour when you get there! The worst was today, i call this morning to check if my daughter’s antibiotic is ready for pick up, the pharmacist said yes, just give them 30 minutes to prepare the inhaler, so i went after an hour to make sure everything is ready. Grab and paid then headed home just to discover the antibiotics are NOT in the bag!!! So my son went back to grab them and went home again. I opened the boxes with the antibiotics but UNRECONSTITUTED!!! So we needed to bring them back again to the pharmacy to get them ready. We drove to this pharmacy 3 times today for the same medicine. Very disappointed.

Great pharmacy team! We live out of saskatoon, and they are awesome to have our medications ready and available to pick up when we are in the city. Friendly and helpful staff. They go above and beyond to help customers!

Picking up medications is very inconvenient all the time. They will send you notification that your meds are ready to pick up, hence when you do, they tell you its not ready and you have to wait for 30mins or so. Been on a certain medication & is always covered by two insurances, but with this pharmacy, I always get to pay. Tried other pharmacy, never paid a penny. I had them refund me for the extra $20 they charged me.Very frustrated with this pharmacy all the time. Will have to change pharmacy to save time.
