It was time for a new mattress, so after searching multiple stores, we settled with Sleep Country. We were helped by Trent, I want to thank him for the time he took to make things easy and simple. We had no idea how much thinking goes into sleeping and finding the right mattress for us. Trent was very informative, passionate and answered all of our questions. Hands down the best customer services we have had in long time. If you need a mattress and bedroom accessories, find this guy! Ask for Trent, you won't be disappointed! -Stonebridge Location.
100% recommend and we will definitely be back.

Had the absolute best experience here! Customer service was top tier. Just before my visit, I Visited rival stores and had a bare minimum experience walked over to sleep country and the Customer service couldn't have been better. I truly appreciate Trent for allowing me to have a one in a million experience.??

I dealt with Tom today and i was very impressed. He was very honest about the products and knowledgeable. I really felt he was trying to give me a good deal and explore options. He also was not pushy or desperate. Plus he quoted Eminem… well done Tom!

This was my first ever experience buying furniture and it was awful. Going in to pick out the bed was great. We dealt with Ryan and he was amazing. He listened to my concerns, wants, needs, and definitely got me the bed I needed. This was the only highlight of the entire experience.I arrived on the pick up day with a truck. I was then told that my bed had not made it on the delivery truck from Regina. There was no attempt from the store to notify me of this before I arrived to pick up. We then scheduled a new delivery day.Due to the schedule of deliveries it was going to be quicker to have the bed delivered to the north store. I was assured that everything was set up and I would pick up at the north location on a certain day. I was also told to call the store between 12-3 as that is the time frame of the trucks arrival. I called at 1245 (north store) and was told they did not have a truck coming that day even tho I was assured by south store (the store I bought the bed from) that it would be there.I returned to the south store to find out what was going on. I was then told that the truck was cancelled. I had not been notified by either store that my bed would not be arriving until I inquired on the day it was supposed to arrive.They then suggested that I have it delivered to my place and have a friend be there to accept the delivery as I was going to be out of town. We scheduled the delivery and I had my grandma waiting at my place to accept. Again, the DAY OF we were told they wouldn’t deliver because of stairs and the « bed was frozen ». The person on the phone told my disabled grandmother to carry the bed up the stairs herself. WHO SAYS THAT?! When she told them she was over 70 years old and has a bum shoulder they told her she was rude and HUNG UP THE PHONE ON HER.We rescheduled delivery and finally received my bed 2 weeks later than the original pick up day.The delivery people were also awful to deal with. They were rough and knocked the popcorn ceiling off because they were impatient and didn’t use any brain power to make a better plan.I was supposed to have my old bed taken out and I had to remind them multiple times to take the old bed. The delivery people did not say anything rude however they huffed about the extra work and rolled their eyes about having TO DO THEIR JOB.I absolutely do NOT recommend this business to anyone. They will smile at you while lying to your face. They will not take responsibility for the lack of communication between them and the customer or the shipment team or the delivery team. The operation and organization of this company is a joke.

Bought a mattress at Sleep Country for the very first time and it will be our last! The purchase of the mattress went well. The problem was the delivery! The delivery men arrived and started to move the king mattress upstairs. It was a tight fit and after approx 1 1/2 min, the delivery driver (who works for Sleep Country), advised that the mattress was too big and he couldn’t get it upstairs (note we have 2 other king beds upstairs). He started telling me they would return the mattress and we would have to buy a new one or they leave it and we would have to move it ourselves. After a couple minutes, he started ranting, among other things, that he “had been doing this for 15 yrs and I couldn’t give him any tricks or tips on how to do it” (this was in response to me trying to help in figuring this out) and that “the mattress was 200 lbs and he wasn’t wrecking his back” (excuse me - is this the first king size mattress he has delivered). I asked him to wait for my husband, which he did. My husband arrived and tried to discuss and the driver started ranting to him in the same manner he did with me. After approx a minute or so, he accused us of laughing at him and LITERALLY WALKED OUT, leaving us with a mattress in the middle of the hallway and our old mattress (which they were to haul away) in the bedroom. I truly believe that the delivery driver, out of frustration that this delivery wasn’t going as well as he wanted, just “shut down” and refused to discuss or problem solve. He just spun out of control. After the delivery men left, we called a friend to help move the mattress upstairs and it took 1 min, 19 sec for him and my husband to get the mattress upstairs! I called the manager at Sleep Country to advise. About 3 days later the manager called me to advise they would refund our delivery charge. I requested they pick up the old mattress, as it was no fault of our own that it wasn't taken, and he said he would get back to me within 2 days. ONE WEEK LATER, I went to Sleep Country to ask again (by then the old mattress was sitting in our hallway for 10 days). The manager wasn’t in (on a day off) but a very nice man took my info. That afternoon the manager called to advise they would pick up the mattress the following weekend. What started as an issue with the distribution center (the delivery driver), now has become an issue with Sleep Country altogether. To this day, we do not feel that Sleep Country took our bad experience seriously. The delivery driver was the most unprofessional person we have ever met and Sleep Country, in our experience, didn’t seem to care. Please note that the other delivery man who accompanied the driver (he advised he was sub-contracted) was very nice and professional and deserves a pat on the back for not loosing his cool in this crazy situation. We don’t expect a refund or a reduction in cost, but an honest apology was in order from either the manager, the distribution center manager but especially from the delivery driver. We will never shop at Sleep Country again!!!

Tom Gartner was absolutely fantastic! He was knowledgeable without being pushy. He helped us find the perfect mattress within our price range, gave us space to discuss, and even held our 3 month old baby when she got fussy so we could continue mattress testing! Thank you Tom!!

bought a mattress a from here months ago, receive the mattress with label attached that reads it is a second hand Mattress. considering we payed 1000 for used mattress, it was extremely overpriced. the bed is not soft and has become more of a burden in my house causing back pain when we wake up.I extremely regret spending our money here.

The sale person was very helpful. The trouble was with their delivery people. They delivered my moms bed but there was a nut missing from a bolt so she could not raise the foot of her bed and when she raised the head of her bed a bar would fall down because of no nut. The people who delivered it said they would get it looked after and get back to me. I waited a week no call I phoned sleep country and they told me to phone customer service. I did that they were going to email the guys and get back to me and it has been a week and nothing. I actually went to Home Depot and got a nut for the bolt so don’t need there service. I’m not impressed. If I ever get anything from sleep country again I will not be using there delivery people.

Our experience at Sleep Country on Clarence was a great one because of the help we received from Tom Gartner. He knows his product well and took the time with us so we found the right bed at a competitive price. The delivery was handled quickly and professionally. We are very happy with how this turned out.

I like this place so much. As a newcomer, this place turned into an ideal place for us. After visiting all other places we identified that Sleep Country offers the best solution for the mattress (one of the most vital phenomena to start a new life). It always has some hot sale matresses that can meet ones need. They even have reliable after sales service which is a must issue to be considered before making a purchase decision. Having used for 5 consecutive months, our king sized firm mattress got torn through one of its edges due to movement purpose. Consequently, as per the warranty clauses Sleep Country exchanged our torn mattress with a brand new one of the same product. We are really overwhelmed with their services.
