My car was hit by the machine in the touch-less car wash. (I stopped when it told me too) I talked with the person working the desk and they were very nice and took my info and pictures of my car. I was told that they would call me back Monday at the latest (the incident happened Saturday). It is now Tuesday and I tried calling and the number doesn’t exist as it says “this number is out of order”. I then tried calling the other location numerous times and no answer. Not overly impressed with how they handle accidents/damages to vehicles. I believe that ghosting is not a good business practice.
**Update and it’s been over a week and no reply. Been calling and emailing and nothing. I would like a reply or something.
** update 2 and it’s been nearly 3 weeks and I’ve tried calling and emailed them multiple times and I am still getting ghosted!!!

Tried to support a local business today but Do Not Recommend. As a first time consumer I was super confused on how to wash my car. But after downloading a whole app and putting 10$ on I was able to get a card to work the car wash. I used the soap brush then started rinsing it off but after 4 minutes it just randomly stopped so either it’s way overpriced or mine was broken either way not great. Then since I wasn’t done rinsing off all the soap I tapped to my card directly on the machine and it took 20$ from my account but nothing happened. When I asked the lady why she said “oh that happens”. So i asked if she could add 2$ to my account so i could just finish and put this in the past but again my card didn’t work so I gave up and found a loonie and a toonie in my car to finish the job. Even after all this my car was streaky and still had soap. I will never be returning.

So I decided to wash my car at Spiffy Car wash on 8th Street East today. Unfortunately, the office was not yet opened for me to pay, and I have never done self wash before. But, since my car was pretty dirty, I decided to go use their wand wash so I could do thorough washing by myself. It's my first time doing self wash, so I asked the attendant to guide me through which I am glad I did because, I wouldn't know not to use the brush on a brand new car. To my greatest surprise, after explaining the steps to me, the guy went ahead to let me use his card for FREE! It's been a very long time since I received this kind of kindness from a total stranger. I found out from his colleague that his name is Alfie.
Thank you so much, Alfie. Your kindness is out of this place. Henceforth, Spiffy is now my place to go for a car wash, just because of you. It's either Spiffy or the car stays dirty.

Touch less car wash didn’t clean my truck at all. Wasn’t super dirty; no one in office or answering phone, and no response to my email after 2 weeks.

It of course has increased in price for a wash. It never washes my back window in my SUV very well. And Im sure today no protectant was put on the front half of my vehicle. I can tell from the way the water pools on the surfaces. Maybe it just ran out, or nozzles clogged or??
Other than that it works well if you are in a hurry or just dont want to wash your vehicle by hand.
I like that there are no rails to put my wheels into and wreck them but I think $10 for a carwash is plenty, not $16.

Avoid this car wash!
I did two transactions during my car wash: one for $7.50 and another for $3.50.
When I checked my credit card the following day, BOTH transactions were $20.00 each! ( $40.00 total charge )
Not worth the hassle to go back, complain, explain, and argue over the amount.
Zero stars!

Used to go to Pristine but found this one with better equipment. The blow-dry is much more efficient. Nice and clean space for self service car wash. Staff always keep the place tidy. Had a max cut-off time ($20) so it is good!
