I love the staff at this storeSorry I do not know her name but this is the reason we have gone back to this store. She was so help full and just overall great personWe took our son into the store and he spent over $400 and he said he would go back as she was so helpful.Thank you for the great customer service

The owner is extremely rude to patrons of the mall and yelled at me for visiting with an employee of a different store. I was nowhere near the entrance of stellar gear AT ALL and he went out of his way to block my path walking through the mall to confront me. He berated me for about a minute and then told me he would be reporting me to the manager of the store I had been in. I personally find that he should not be a business owner with the attitude he has towards other mall patrons that are not even in his store. This event happened pre-covid and I am only now comfortable commenting on this publicly as I had been legitimately afraid and intimidated by a man 2-3x my age berating me in a space that should be safe and peacefull. If I could give -5 stars I would.
