Tanya was an excellent realtor for me. She sold my condo in efficient fast time and was very professional. She gave helpful tips/suggestions for selling as well.
Tanya gave excellent suggestions and tips for cleaning and staging my home. She always had a smile on her face and was supportive and helpful and very knowledgeable with the housing market and prices. She made selling my condo a very easy and seamless process.
Tanya also helped me purchased my new home and was always available whenever I had questions or for viewing places to view.

Tanya was very helpful in searching around as much as we needed with my given criteria for my first home. I found exactly what I was looking for. She had metal alcut on a cnc of my name and address for the front of the house as a gift for when I took possession. Still years later send me draws, Christmas gifts and answers any questions with my home.

Tanya was amazing to work with, and I hope to work with her again on our next purchase. When we first connected I let her know it was our goal to be in our new home before Christmas, and that it was a verrrry tight timeline! But we smashed that goal! She was incredibly responsive and took the time to hear out my concerns when I had them, and because of that we were able to work through a one small tricky situation together and move forward. I really respect people who can be open and honest about things and I felt lucky to be able to work with Tanya who could both handle honesty and deliver it. Once we got through one minor hiccup it was truly smooth sailing from there!!! Looking back I am shocked at how seamless the whole process went.
