I will probably never shop at toys r us again. Their return policy is an absolute joke. I spent 90 dollars on the dj mix table for my daughters birthday for it to stop working THE SAME NIGHT IT WAS OPENED. They can't do anything about it because it's opened and i lost the original receipt meanwhile they can search up receipt records in half a second with a date, price and the last 4 digits of your card. That's how easy it is to verify someone. Toys r us is cheap and sells garbage. I'm vexed. 90 dollars for a not even 3 hours of a working toy is an absolute crock

I just called the store. It rings. Call picked up. They did not say hello just hung up. Sounded like the handheld was in someone's back pocket. Rude rude. Probably some over worked college student or foreign temporary worker.

Staff is hard-working especially when they're understaffed. I've seen one worker in particular who can throw items on the shelf like nobody's business, they are a pure ball of energy. Whenever I see them, I have to admire their work ethic (and rugged good looks). Their name tag said Rebecca, so to whoever is in charge of wages, I hope you're paying them fairly.

Good selection of popular toys and kids clothes but prices are outrageously high. You can get the same items at other stores 20-40% cheaper. Staff are friendly enough, but generally not overly helpful

Today i was stereotyped and discriminated against because of the stigmatism against indigenous people. If I wanted to be followed around I'd ask for it. Just let me shop in peace without making me feel uncomfortable. Disgusting behavior on your employees.
