No refund policy, only store credit. Unhappy with quality and purchased online so I won’t bother returning just to go through paying postage again and again. I’ll stick with companies that stand behind their products.
Update: thank you for your reply. Yes your fine print states ‘ clearly’ (as you say so condescendingly) that you are no refund, I didn’t want people to make the mistake I did. It seems you have some nice things, you could stand behind that if you choose with a more shopper friendly policy.

I am so impressed with the quality of service of this boutique! Not only did I get my $400 pants 50% off somehow ?, but I loved the little surprise chocolates they included in my package and the hand written card in metallic sharpie. They have very stylish clothing and high end brands with amazing deals! I highly recommend this boutique!

Just received my Commando faux leather joggers and they fit beautifully and are so comfortable. They were packaged nicely with a chocolate treat and arrived promptly!
