I went into the store yesterday around 1 pm to shop around as I usually do and the young girl working didn't even acknowledge my existence at all. She stood behind the cash desk and it looked like she was on her cellphone. I was in the store for about 10 minutes and wasn't asked if I needed help, if I was doing okay, nothing. Not good customer service at all .... I am severely disappointed. The other workers are much more helpful and friendly but if I see that is she working I will not be returning and will wait until someone else is there instead.

07/20/24 3pm - The cashier was an excellent sales person and gave us lots of info about the milk jar scent diffusers. She was very helpful and friendly and deserves kudos.

Awful customer service by owner. Ordered a necklace and got the run around for over a month. 3 wasted trips to the store just to find out they never even ordered the necklaces. Big disappointment as they were birthday gifts. I would never enter this store again.

Twisted Goods is a quaint little gift shop nestled inside of the mall! The selection of product is outstanding - whether you're looking for birthday gifts, wedding gifts, or even a 'just because' little something, you'll definitely find it here! The staff treat you like as if they have known you for years and you really do end up feeling like part of the family! The fact that this is a locally owned business makes it all that much more worth it! I refuse to go anywhere else for gifts now!

Honestly love this place. Staff are always nice and excited to see customers. The selection of products is changing often so this keeps the store feeling fresh, always worth stopping in and seeing what is new. There seems to be a lot more trinkety stuff now than usable products which is unfortunate. Makes for an interesting walk through but never feel like buying trinkets myself.
Worth the stop though!

I used to love Twisted Goods, but I have so much trouble now from all the scents they sell. I left gagging and with a headache, it was pretty depressing.

An excellent mix of home decoration items , personal convenience items and unique suppliers offers customers an unusually unique economical items. Prices are reasonable, considering the quality of the goods.
Located conveniently in the shopping center, free parking and heated underground parking make shopping here less formidable in the chill of the season.
