I rented a u-haul trailer .
It leaked and ruined a lot of my stuff .
I filed a claim .
Informed the u-haul about the trailer .
They could not do the investigation for 2 months because they kept renting the trailer out . When it got back . They simply said that my claim was wrong .
Even tho I had sent them the pictures or the water from rain in the trailer and my stuff.
I strongly believe that the management is making fraud claim statements just to keep the company reputation high . But that will katch up one day . This is the wrong route for reputation.

On hold for almost an hour just to ask business hours during remembrance day. Was told busy with a customer. I'm sure it doesn't take an hour for 1 customer or to answer a simple question.

Booking online was quick and easy. Pick up went smoothly, as did drop off. Everyone was friendly as well. There are lots of add ons and it could get expensive, but if you keep it basic, it's very affordable.

Darla was incredibly friendly and thorough with all the information needed to rent the truck. She even called the day before to check in on confirmation of the reservation. We were thankful for the unexpected upgrade to a larger truck, which turned out that's what we needed. So thankful for all her helpful advice.

My experience was horrible with U-Haul. I booked a truck for 2 days, 3 weeks before my move date. Then they called me a week before saying there would be no truck available and that I would have to wait 2 days before my move date to get a call back to see if there's a truck available. As if moving isn't stressful enough. Then they said I would have to drive to Lanigan to pick up my truck on my move date. Since I had no other arrangements I had no choice. So I paid for gas in my own vehicle there and back, then have to pay for the gas for the Uhaul. For a mistake of their own. Then they try and say that I would get extra kms and an extra rental date. But I requested originally for 2 days anyways. Then they call me and ask me to return it early because they are short on trucks.
Then I had a terrible experience with customer service. I said I want to be reimbursed for the gas in the uhaul from Lanigan. Literally over half a tank for that truck to bring it to Saskatoon. Then I provided my receipt, they took a picture of the receipt then said they would reimburse me $80. A week later, nothing was on my credit card statement. I phoned how many times to get some answers, nothing. Finally the guy said it wasn't processed originally and that he would do it right away. Then the next day I looked on my statement it only showed $30, after the guy told me $80.
Avoid this company at all costs. Such a stressful experience, and no management skills at all whatsoever.

Good price, great friendly service? When I went out to inspect the trailer I was renting, there was a little bit of damage that wasn't marked off. They upgraded me for the same cost to a bigger trailer.

"I had a very disappointing experience at the U-Haul location on Millar Avenue in Saskatoon. The manager, Mr. Daniel, displayed rude and unprofessional behavior, with a noticeable attitude of discrimination towards people from different cultures and backgrounds. This was evident on both occasions—during pickup and drop-off of the truck. Such behavior is completely unacceptable, and it's clear that Mr. Daniel needs to learn how to treat all customers with respect, regardless of their skin color or background. Based on my experience, I do not believe he is suited for a managerial position at any location."
