My son holding an accessories in a box to show me to buy it, the sales lady/ cashier grabbed it and tell him don’t play this “! and she put it back with anger.she didn’t know that I am his mom standing in front of them. To make my son won’t feel embarrassed, I just asked my son if he is playing with it and said “ I’m just looking at it mom” I felt so bad for my son, I did asked my kids to go to the other store rather than confronting her.

I would like to share my experience with this store.I was please and satisfied with the manager here ,Christiana ,happens to be my friend coz of my regular visits.I always buy here coz the price and styles are friendly to my pocket budget.Not only the manager is nice but the entire staffs here are accommodating and friendly like Rizza and Fatima .Thats why every time I need some clothing for my daughter and even for birthday gifts ,no doubt UKIDS is my First Choice:)

Terrible customer service. Was not offered a fitting room despite my arms full of clothes to try on. Had brought in a few items for return and was told the single associate in the store was unable to do a refund and I'd have to wait for a manager. Waited around for over an hour and the 'manager' never showed up. Finally left to find a different location to do my return.

Parshav is an excellent associate working here, he greets and help us with a bright smile from starting of my shopping till the end. Overall neat and tidy store. I highly recommend :)

One of the worst stores with customer service in the worldDon't get and deal with themThere was a woman who worked as a cashier and she was impolite and ignored me when I wanted to ask her questions. This was not my first time with her, and every time she behaved in the same way.
