Beyond unimpressed with this Urban Planet. 20 minutes before the store was closing my friend and I wanted to come in and look at some shoes briefly and they were already closing up the doors. When asked if we could come in to take a quick peek the worker rolled her eyes and begrudgingly said, "sure I guess". Not one of the 5 employees in the store helped us and every employee that we tried to ask for help glared and refused to come near us. You're getting paid to be there until close, do your job, it's not rocket science. What a joke.

Please make sure your employees treat the customers in a proper way. No need to be racist and mean if they don't want to work then they can quit.

Looooads of deals and sales!! If you vacation to hot spots in the winter..pop in here and stock up! You can get creative! Its affordable! And guys have options too! Unisex?... is that even a thing anymore?...I might be glitching in the 80s..lol..if you got legs n arms and a head these clothes will work for you!! Its just fun! Have a little dance in the aisle!! Spray some perfume..take a walk in the heels?

The racks/shelves said various prices. but at checkout the workers told us different prices (that were higher) the workers were also very rude about this at checkout. If you put an item on a shelf or rack under a massive sign with a price tag. That should be the price. Organize and price your store correctly. Also we were in line for almost 20 minutes.

Lady had a bad attitude. Apparently she's the Assistant Manager. I overheard her gossiping about another worker, probably a part timer, to another worker. Very unprofessional and as a visitor to Canada, I am disappointed
