I don’t get why there are never any small shopping baskets. It’s so frustrating. It honestly feels like they cut down the number on purpose after COVID. Using a big cart won’t make me buy more things.

This place is busy but they keep it going. I return stuff all the time there and they are always super helpful. Thanks y'all I appreciate it. 4/5 because vibes of walmarts are always a little off. Always ample parking though and has everything I need (as walmarts do).

Ordered groceries online , after waiting half an hour in the pick up spot I was told they didn’t have 85 percent of my items and issued a refund for my order after charging my card for the entire order . Now I’m being told I have to wait 10 business days for my money back , beyond frustrated over this , why should I have to go without 300 dollars for 2 weeks because Walmart charged me for things they didn’t have , no price adjustment was made , I was charged for every single thing I ordered

I was looking for spice jars and tried in my own for a while. I asked a male worker opening boxes near by where I could find spice jars.
He handed me his work device and told me to type it in bc he couldn’t understand me. I speak English, he didn’t.

I actually haven’t gone to Walmart for quite a while. But I was searching for specific gluten free items today. (December 13, 2025) and they had everything on my list. Not just the gluten free items, but everything in between. It’s rare to go into any grocery or retail store and find everything on the list these days.
With Walmart it eliminated the need for multiple stops. Not only for gluten free, but the dairy free items too. The prices of dairy and gluten free were amazing as well. Promise bread and buns, under $7 each. Most other stores sell these for$9-10 each.
Decent selection of gluten free not frozen items, right when you enter by the bakery area.
Though the store was incredibly busy, checkout didn’t take long. Everything was well stocked.

Xueshu in electronics went out of his way to help us and made sure we bought the right cord. We would have bought the wrong one had he not asked us at check out. Despite being busy, he was very friendly and attentive.

Ganesh and Tracy manager were so rude about the price as the associate helped me and told me the price was $59 but when I went to pay it they were charging 130 even though it was $59 tags everywhere.......
Horrible experience

I wanted to share some feedback from my recent visit. I noticed that all the ‘halal’ hotdogs and salami were placed under the section labelled “Bacon.” This could easily confuse customers or cause people to miss the items they’re looking for, especially those who avoid pork products just like myself.
I’m not sure if it was a mistake, but I wanted to mention it so the team can double-check the placement.
If someone could please look into this and adjust it, that would be appreciated.
The rest of the store was clean .

Usually I love shopping here. But today I was very disappointed. Wanting to print out photos and buy spinach. The photo printing process was somewhat smooth. The checkout process however was frustrating. I was being checked out and the cashier did not speak much English. That’s fine. After trying to help me out she could not figure it out. She tells me “just a minute, wait” and proceeds to help the woman behind me waiting. The woman is buying a tv. waiting around 20 minutes a line begins to form and I still haven’t been helped. Another woman in assuming a manager comes(Nancy) and is helpful and the checkout process with her was about 20 seconds long.

Wanting to buy a bike but employees were rude and didn’t want to help wasn’t good service it’s like they’re lazy and didn’t even try. And the employee smelled like they took a dive into a pool of gross man perfume, like really really pungent that it gave me a headache. Well, there loss, went to buy a $200 bike and ended walking away due to a flat tires bike that no one wanted to take down to fix.

Won’t be going to this location anymore. Ran in for a few groceries. Got 3 different granola bars that were listed 3 for $8 which I’ve gotten before. They weren’t coming up as 3 for $8 at self checkout. I double check in my Walmart app that these are all 3 for $8. Sure enough they all come up in app as 2.67 each which is the 3 for 8. I made this known to 2 staff members who just told me actually only one of the boxes was 3 for 8. I mentioned they were all under 3 for 8 tags and I’ve gotten them before and if she wanted to check the tags she could. All I got was no sir those all aren’t 3 for 8. I just left the 3 boxes at self check and took my other stuff and left.

This is the 3rd time Walmart on Clarence have messed up my order. Set up for pickup and they had someone else's groceries plus missing items from my order. I was nice enough to return the stuff that wasn't mine and was told just to keep it!? It took over an hour for them to retrieve my missing items!! They couldn't bother to apologize even! Never again!

I am shocked by what my dad experienced today. He got double charged today. He went back to explain he was double charged and wanted his money back but the employee told him he could not help him without the product. Well please explain to me how my dad is supposed to return a product he never left with? There are two options in a situation like this. 1. Return the money, 2. Walk to the aisle and grab a second of whatever it was and give it to him since he paid for it. What idiot do you have working for you??? So instead of refunding for the one product, we came back and he returned the entire cart of groceries he bought. You coulda returned $10 but instead you returned $80. This employee needs a new department if they are too illiterate to problem-solve something.
