I order groceries weekly for curbside pickup and they do a great job! They're quick at bringing orders out and it makes my life so much easier especially with little ones. I really appreciate the service.

talk rudely with me at pick up area . it doesn't matter how busy you are , stay calm it is more important. also wait for my pickup 40 minutes . they have not pick my call even .

This Walmart location has seriously gone downhill in customer service and pricing accuracy.
During my recent visit, I watched employees place bedsheets directly onto a clearance section marked $14.98. When I went to check out, the self checkout associate told me the price didn’t apply because the barcode didn’t match and the sheets rang up at $19.
I understand policies, but when staff stock items under a specific price tag, customers reasonably rely on that pricing. At a minimum, the shelf should be corrected to avoid misleading shoppers.
On top of that, this location no longer feels welcoming. After being previously fired from this store several years ago (my mother too) we’ve experienced repeated uncomfortable treatment from management, including being closely watched while shopping. Whether intentional or not, it creates a hostile shopping environment.
Pricing accuracy, staff accountability and basic customer respect needs serious improvement at this location.

I bought samosas from Walmart and after eating them I experienced stomach issues . This may not happen to everyone, but it was unpleasant. Please ensure better food handling and freshness.

The customer female service manager has to be trained how to handle simple situation. I was trying to return a shirt because the hanger labeled XL but the actual shirt is Large only. I bought 3 of and the reason why i wanted to return or exchange it because the 3rd one was labeled wrong. Without scanning she said it was on clearance and can’t be returned or exchanged. To make story short she insisted it’s Walmart policy and she turned me down. GUESS WHAT MISS ROOKIE MANAGER… i was able to return it to Clarence branch without question! You don’t deserve to be a customer service manager because you don’t know what CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS. I WAS THERE ON JANUARY 18 around 6-7 pm. (I didn’t get her name but She is from India )

The electronics department was 0 help with exchanging my defective product and it was within 14 days. They would not exchange it. Useless employees!!

Sent my 17-year old son in today to pick up a couple of grocery items on his work break. The staff refused to assist him. Just because someone looks young, doesn't mean you don't have to help him. Would give zero stars if I could

I have seen some porly kept stores and this one is bad. The hygiene of products is not kept. When looking in produce most fruits were past prime and had molding black berrys kept out for customers. So most in that section is now contaminated. This is the worst kept walmart i have seen and i frequently use the prince albert walmart. Would not get any berrys for babys due to these health code issues. This store needs either a new management to keep it clean or needs to be shut down.

A store that cannot honor prices on the on the shelf. Manager argued with me that they where not going to do the price advertised. Worse corporation in the city. If you want to be wrong when you shop when the shelf prices CLEARLY say different than till, you are wrong. Do not go to this walmart.

Very bad behaviour of female East Indian staff of self checkout at preston crossing Walmart . I bought something which had no code, and they asked me to search & fetch another piece with bar code myself! I am a south asian too that’s why they didn’t bother to go and checked the item with bar code themselves! If i was national or gora they definitely would have gone to check for sure! Even they didn’t hesitate in front of me being a customer for a second to say instant no!!! 0 stars

I had to come in on New Year's Day 2026 to get some personal/first aid items. I was using a store scooter, as my back and feet were kicking up a storm. I was having trouble finding one item. Google told me it should be with the first aid items, but nope, not there. I spotted a staff member (Joel who normally works in groceries) and asked if he could help. I showed him on my phone what i was looking for. He whipped out his scanner(?) and said, they were on aisle such and such. I followed him, and sure enough, there they were. I would have never found them on my own, so, shout out to Joel for his above and beyond customer service. And before you even ask, he did not ask me for a review. I told him I was gonna leave one.Happy New Year, Joel.

The selection of products is alright, but the staff flock like geese to make sure you rate them five stars at the self check out.
I’ve also seen them enter five star ratings for themselves if people do not enter rating and just walk away.
Although I do enjoy the international foods aisle it seems there’s always something new there.

Racial profiling. Got followed around and treated rudely, but suddenly got treated better when they realized im filipino and not native. Sad how this is so common not just in walmarts. I feel deep sadness for the first nation people that have to go through this everyday.

Racially profiled me as I was scanning my things and about to pay for my things. Worker kept accusing me of stealing as i was trying to scan and pay for my things. Then this worker tried to make me scan my baby's stroller that we already owned. Worker got mad at my baby's dad who is pushing the stroller for having his bag of stuff in my cart which he paid for all infront of her ahead of me. Horrible service
