On am extremely remiss in writing this email. On 9-11-2025, my fuel filter on my 2023 Chevy Dually expired, as my wife and I were headed to Jasper while driving from Syracuse, NY and crossing Saskatchewan. We called several Chevy dealerships, and none of them would see us that day. Ivana in the Wheaton service department was very friendly and receptive on the phone and gave us an immediate appointment. When we arrived she saw we had a camper attached, and went into the shop to ask the mechanic if he could do the work in the parking lot, so that we would not have to unhook. A few minutes later Aaron was under the truck changing the fuel filter, and had us on our way in less than an hour. Both Ivana and Aaron were wonderful to work with. If Wheaton wasn't so far from Syracuse, you would be my dealer of choice. Thank you for your wonderful service!!!

Wheaton GM made car buying easy. After my last dealership experience I was dreading buying a new car, but the folks at Wheaton GM were fantastic. I actually enjoyed the whole experience! Mark was great to work with! Really knowledgeable, friendly, and provided all of the information I needed without the high pressure sales. And Chris in finance was great as well! I would definitely buy another vehicle at Wheaton!

Recently looked at a couple of vehicles. Greeted by a pleasant older salesman. I stated that we purchased our previous vehicle from wheaton, with no after purchase contact. The first salesman haded us off to the salesman we purchased our previous vehicle from. It's not a great move by the first salesman to hand us off. The salesman we were handed off to doesn't listen, we had to repeat ourselves multiple times. He made the three of us feel uncomfortable on the test drive and also based on his interaction previously, we will no longer consider wheaton as an option for any vehicle purchases.

We bought a new Cadillac from Nikki and couldn't be happier with the vehicle or the service we received. I had been a long term client of another luxury dealership for over 10 years and was reluctant to step out, especially after some bad experiences shopping at other dealers in the city, but Wheaton was awesome to deal with. Knowledgeable, kind, and honest! Too many places scribble a payment on a sheet of paper, but Wheaton provided a full cost breakdown to help make an informed choice right from the start. Interactions will all staff confirmed this dealer really does care about its customers. Not to mention, we have been loving our Cadillac. We would not hesitate to refer any family or friends here and already look forward to our next vehicle purchase. Thank you!

Worst Worst n Worst dealership ever.
Please teach your managers not to misguide anyone.
Please let people know how you tell you have biweekly payments and then you add 2 more payments. So instead of 24 you will have 26 payments.
My loan is ending now.but I am paying more what I suppose to pay.i m paying more what my car cost me at the time of purchase.
I know I signed the papers and all that.
But you guys never explained properly.
Please please please don't go to this dealership. SCAMMERS.

I purchased a brand new GMC Canyon on July 9/24 from Mark Palmer at Wheaton GM. Thank you Mark for the remarkable business man you are. You made sure that we were satisfied and accommodated. It is a super cool model. I love it! They also gave me 2 free oil changes to be used at a future date.
I must also say that Wheaton has got to be one of the best places for service. The employees are very professional. The men wear shirt and tie. Friendly service all around.
I took my Canyon for an oil change at Wheaton on Saturday. The staff there were so excellent. They got me on my way in no time.
What I like about this dealership is they have a quick lube and oil change bay. All you do is line up and drive through.
My wife and I also have a Mazda CX-5 and we both agree that Mainway Mazda does not have the excellent service that Wheaton has.
I have no complaints about Wheaton GM. If you do have complaints, the best way is to call them and I am confident that they will resolve it for you.
I am happy to have purchased a new vehicle here!

We are very thrilled with the service we received at the Wheaton dealership. Shawn Robson and his team made sure our hasty purchase ran very smoothly - Ralph took over and ensured my vehicle would be road worthy same day, Robin looked after financing as quick as possible. We were on the road to Regina in time! Can't say enough great things about them, much appreciated!

They sold me a dead battery.ihad it for only three years,I had to boost it in the winters.out of 600cca,it only had like 2 hundred cranking amps,don't go there.rip-off dealer which cost me 180 dollars,very poor service

Our truck was taken in for a new transmission module, which took around 7 weeks to arrive. While that delay was frustrating, our service advisor Ivana was exceptional during this time. She ensured we had a rental vehicle to use while waiting for the part and kept us updated on the repair's progress. Overall, we’re happy to have our truck back!
