Two of my tires wore down rather rapidly in a small amount of time; he took ownership over a problem that he didn't cause (likely a bad alignment job done in another shop - still getting to the bottom of that issue). But just wow! I was blown away by the kindness given to me and how helpful he was by taking the time to teach me what was going on with my tires. I highly reccommend!”
