“There's a reason this review is both not 5 stars, but also not 1 star. I went on for a tire repair on an RV I was hauling. One of the guys up front, not realizing I was in the waiting room, started mocking me to another employee saying it's a trailer not an RV saying it all in a stupid sounding voice. He only made himself look stupid by doing it in front of me, and him confusing an RV with an ATV I guess? Anyway, that would have gotten them a 1 star review, but the other employee made it right by not charging me for the repair. Would be 5 stars if they didn't have that poor employee that clearly shouldn't be in customer service.”
