711 in Warman is by far the best one around! The staff are always so kind and friendly, they work fast and efficiently, and the store is always spotless. It’s always a great experience every time I stop in — easily the best 711 I’ve been to! Keep up the good work! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went to get food and was scammed for a chicken skewer was meant to get 5 not 4, not the first time this stuff has happened.
This seems to happen often, it’s not right got home check the food, called back got told gave ur the right food when they didn’t.. and honestly all 711. The same, told to scam us and not right.

It's a good place to get cheap drinks but there is a old lady that yells at the other employees idk her name but one time I was there and she was pissed off bc the name tag on one of the employees was on the wrong side or smth but ya she was here last summer not gonna lie I think she hates her job ima be honest it depends who is working there

Ok first off i know this might sound dumb but i live in warman and during the summer my kids and I go grab ice cream or slurpees on hot days this seven eleven never and i mean never refills the flavouring in the slurpee machine so we just end up getting coloured ice very disappointed such a simple task cannot be completed i dont know what to say at this point because this problem has been occurring for over 2 years its honestly just neglect to do their jobs

This is a recurring mistake that must be rectified.

Go elsewhere.
I entered the store and immediately turned left. There was no visible wet floor sign, so on my first step off their mat I slipped and fell.
When I got to the counter, the young woman I dealt with didn't seem to understand what I was saying. I mean no disrespect, but she had no grasp of English. Even after explaining I wanted two hot dogs to her twice, she had to grab another employee who could understand me.
I proceeded to tell the second employee, a gentleman, I had fallen. He asked me where, and did move to put some wet floor signs out. I got a negative vibe from him even when he apologized. At no point did he ask if I was okay.

I have spent two weeks being given the runaround by 7-11. They did not respect me, my time, or my energy. I told them I didn't want to give my phone number, but had to. I was asked the same questions several times and at one point, spent about 30 mins on the phone only to be asked questions I'd already answered via email.
Today, someone got back to me claiming there were wet floor signs present (I asked someone I knew who was in the store immediately before me and saw my fall, and they said there weren't). Had 7-11 reviewed the footage earlier they wouldn't have had to ask most of their questions, would've saved me and them time, and maybe I would've been content to let this be.
I am not content. I have asked for the video as proof. Even so, it doesn't make up for this situation.
Adding insult to injury, they offered me a single free hot dog as compensation for all this nonsense.
Long story short: do not shop here. It isn't worth your money, it isn't worth supporting incompetence across various levels of their company, and clearly they don't care about their loyal customers.
Go to Gas Plus, Dollarama, or Co Op.

Your team member Laura needs to go. I have frequented this 711 several times, and every time without fail, she is rude to other staff and customers. She has an awful attitude and clearly hates her job. All she does is belittle people and yell at them, making other staff visibly uncomfortable and upset. Her behavior is ridiculous and needs to stop. I have also put in a complaint on the website in regards to her. Hopefully you are informed of it.

The fella working at 6 am Saturday morning was super nice, had fresh coffee brewing and insisted I wait just 1 minute. Very friendly and talkative. Refreshing interaction early Saturday!
