Tried returning something that didn’t fit, girl at the till was super nice. Stated that the item was final sale. Asked to talk to Amy, to see if I could exchange it for something else as I just bought the cardigan not long ago. Amy was super rude, I even got a dramatic eye roll from her. So sad because this is such a great store but the owner is not very nice.

I had a great experience shopping here for the first time. The employee working was super helpful and I appreciated her opinion when trying stuff on. Worth the short drive from Saskatoon. :)

I was looking for a last minute Christmas party outfit and found a skirt I loved, but they didn't have my size. The associate told me that they may have a skirt that was being returned but couldn't guarantee it would get there in time. She took my info and to my surprise I got a call that same day that the skirt had come in and it fit perfectly. This girl went the extra mile for me and I really appreciated it.

I had some time before my appointment so I thought I’d visit this local boutique. Upon entering I got greeted with a rushed tone like the clerk had other things to tend to. I was the only one in the store. Started looking around and after a few minutes she finally asked if I was looking for something in particular. I said no, I’ve just never been in the store before. I proceeded to pick about 6-7 items and helped myself to a change room. After a few minutes, I was done trying on the pieces when she asked from across the store if the sizes were good. She was rushing around putting out new stock and clearly more interested in doing that than helping a new (and possibly repeat) customer. There were 3 pieces I was interested in but didn’t purchase because of the poor customer service. I prefer to spend my money where I get excellent customer service. Another thing is, she was wearing spandex shorts and a hoodie, looked like she should be in a gym…not really boutique wear IMO.

(This is my husbands account) I went into the store today, first thing I noticed was a pair of sandals right in the middle of the door. So I checked the other door and it was locked, I scooted the sandals over and proceed into the store with my stroller. It took a few minutes for anyone to come out from the back. When they did they said “Hi” and that was it. They then proceeded to put on lipstick in the mirror. I walked around the store for a bit looking for jeans which I originally came in for. The associate didn’t once acknowledge me, check in, or ask if I needed help. I helped myself to a change room, tried on the clothes and decided that I wasn’t going to support a store who had zero customer service. I walked out and said “bye” driving over the sandals upon leaving the store. I try hard to support local, but this experience was awful. I was also the only person in the store….

I have purchased from this store before but this time I thought I would order in a bathing suit, for some else as a gift. The return policy is absolutely ridiculous!!!! 2 weeks from date of purchase. That gives you no time to buy a gift, no time to try it in and they said to sell it on the buy and sell page to try and recoup the $80 plus taxes for a bathing suit! Never again will I support this “local “ store! I’m appalled that they would not exchange the item at the very least but offer a buy and sell page? Not good customer service AT ALL!!! Never buy from here if you want your moneys worth! The highlight is that they actually have a buy and sell page dedicated to their clothes as this happens to many many customers! Worst customer service ever!

I’ve been shopping with Pretty Little Pieces for years, and have never had a bad experience. Aimie will go out of her way to make sure she has a variety of sizing and models, which was especially helpful during the pandemic and in store shopping wasn’t an option. She will go out of her way to help you out with exchanges and giving back to the community. Definitely worth the drive out to Warman!

Love all my items! The store is beautiful and the staff are always so helpful and friendly. Love that their site shows a range of body types and how the items fit each different type. Such a wonderful addition to our community.

I have purchased from this store many times, but I will NEVER shop here again!I placed an order for 2 items, which came with free shipping. I had to drive to warman from saskatoon to return my order as one of the items quite literally looked like a snot rag and I would never pay almost 80 dollars for something of such poor quality. Upon my arrival, I was told that it was in store credit or exchange ONLY. I was disappointed, but looked around the store. There was nothing in the store that I would spend this money on, so I told the clerk I would take in store credit. Upon confirming the in store credited amount however, I was alarmed to find out that my credited amount would be less than the item that I purchased online as they were CHARGING ME FOR THE SHIPPING!So, I will not be purchasing here again. ONLINE BUYER BEWARE (due to poor quality of items for the price and terrible return policy).

I've been shopping with Amy & Pretty Little Pieces for years now, & I can't say enough great things. Every item I wear a item whether it be clothing, jewelry, or bathing suit..I get compliments on it. Material, fit, and quality have all been considered and there's not one item I haven't loved.
Make the trip out to Warman where You'll be treated like family or shop online! You won't regret it.

I absolutely love this store!!! They have so many nice pieces in a variety of sizes! Everything I have purchased from here I have loved. And trust me I have bought a lot of things so far. Probably too many haha. The staff is always friendly and super helpful! I also love that they like to support other local businesses! I strongly recommend this place to anyone!

I have been to the store a couple of times, and the staff are always very welcoming and willing to help you find what you are looking for. I purchased a sweater and have worn it a couple of times and it still looks new, very good quality. And I love that they always posts new things online, and they answer you right away with any questions you have. Thank you
