“After a warranty/insurance claim with my son’s truck - which should have been very straightforward when it came to the repair work - it unfortunately morphed into this huge, arduous ordeal. We ended up needing to involve Dodge service, since being a VW dealership there was one part Dodge needed to complete, since VW Was unable to service that part of the claim.

That situation aside, a HUGE shout-out to ANDREW (sales) and BRY (service) for their consistent help, support, and patience throughout the process. They consistently provided clear communication, explained what work was needed to be done, and they kept us up to date on the work progress.

Throughout the complicated - and beyond frustrating - situation (with my son’s truck being a used Dodge Ram, we ended up needing to involve Dodge service, which complicated EVERYTHING - but this situation was in no means the fault of VW), Bry went above and beyond to organize and stay on top of everything on the service end. He was an absolute pleasure to speak with, he was kind, courteous, and extremely knowledgable, always friendly. He definitely helped make this unnecessarily complicated and frustrating experience as smooth and painless as possible. And our salesman Andrew proved his customers are valued and not forgotten about the moment they drive away after a sale.
