“I booked the room with a fireplace and view The view was of the parking lot, not what I was told or what it looked like on the website The fireplace fan was so loud we couldn’t use it but wouldn’t have been able to anyway because the room was so hot we had to sleep with the equally loud air conditioner on all night. The place was clean enough except for the blood splattered and burnt on to the glass of the fireplace. The restaurant was expensive and I had to send my food back because it was cold. They could not accommodate our reservation the 2nd night, so we went to the Harwood in Waskasiu and would stay there next time! The food was great. The TV didn’t work. They advertised a pool but you had to book your 45 minute time slot, the sauna was an extra charge. The outdoors at the lodge were very well kept and beautiful!”
